didnt work for me
well, I downloaded it because my job offered it and I signed up and I get emails saying I have a balance but every time I try to login it's an a constant loop of going back to the login and it doesn't go past that I'm not able to get in it. I've contact Support. I've got an email saying they're checking it and it still doesn't work.

Rain instant pay lacks consistency, accountability, adequate communication and transparency. You make us jump through loopholes to get you to approve our pay, anywhere from emailing our employers HR, submitting email copies, escalating requests , submitting screen shots …etc just so your customer support team can leave us for hours on end waiting for someone to do their job ! Wasting so much time and resources just so Rain instant pay can charge us for giving us our hard earned money a week early . And when we rely on Rain ( which absolutely our fault we should have seen the red flags ) it fails to deliver the most basic thing it should do. Some weeks it’s on Tuesday some other weeks it’s on Thursday and some other weeks it’s not there at all!

Don’t download it scam artists
So basically, I signed up through my work for the stupid Rain app because they pushed it to get it downloaded so I started using it and I understand it comes out of your paycheck that’s fine but then one month they decided that they weren’t gonna take it out of the paychecks. They forgot to do their job. So now they shut off a Rain app and then said we had to wait until the next pay period after they take out all the money that they forgot to take out which was only 100 and something dollars, but it’s against their policy it does. It shows up with the paperwork that they’re supposed to be doing that every single month so they literally screwed everybody in the company over and I guess it’s OK I wanna call customer service. I got some foreign guy who couldn’t even speak a link of English. You couldn’t even understand him because it sound like he was in a damn wind tunnel or a cave but still didn’t care said whatever bye is that all you gotta say bye like you didn’t even care which is fine don’t use this app guys. They take more money out than you can possibly imagine and when they forget to take the money out, don’t come crying when you go to the next account and you realize that you over like 700 $800 because you thought they took the money out real scam artists

My GM tried to help me rest the password and we were able to rest it but the next day i was logged out for no reason and ive tried to get a code sent to my email they never sent one after trying to contact them to help me with my account i never received any helpful assistance. This is why i chose Netspend for business inquiries ONLY. Every store should work with Netspend instead of Rain because Rain doesn’t work nor help people either.

me and my co workers used this app for a few months only to descover that we are getting psudo loans that we have to pay back with interest. 0/10 do not use you will go into debt.
No support after getting my info
I was able to log in and put in my employer get verified. However the app will not move past the log in screen. No errors just refreshes back. I contact support and got ghosted.
Employer
It asked me for my employers name, which is the company. I entered my work email and it says it doesn’t recognize it and then there’s no way to delete my account so it’s just sitting here with my information. Because it keeps reloading me back to the same screen asking me about my employer.
Bad
Locked up n won’t let me get my money now I can’t pay my rent on time or even get my money at all hopefully it even unlocks
Terrible customer service!
I work as a float nurse for a healthcare company and was told at hire I could use this service once per pay period at any location. Customer service is USELESS! They ask the same repetitive questions and even when all info is provided with proof of clock in/out they STILL have yet to give me access to use my earned wages. I’ve been trying to use this service for 3 months without success and I’ve probably answered the same questions 50+ times. Daily pay is the way to go if your company offers it. This service is subpar.

Obvious data grab
One your done filling out all your personal info it will tell you it can’t confirm your email with your employer before it lets you look for your employer. Guess how many employers there are you can choose from, 0
Can’t get past and sign into my account
Keeps looping the same questions over and over asking me who my employer is and my work number. Not able to actually get into my account and use it and there’s no way to do chat support unless you already log in the account
Tried to contact customer service. No response for hours
I would give this zero stars if I could. My balance to withdraw is wrong and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. It’s been hours now in between responses on the chat with no communication on what is going on or if they are resolving the issue. Absolute garbage. Still sitting here waiting. Don’t download this app this company is the worst.

No Day to Day accumulation on time
I have been frustrated with how it accumulates and how it's not coordinated with punches from clock in. Whenever I work, it takes 2-3 days to accumulate 1, and I'm very displeased. I will also consider switching to a new app, such as Daily Pay.
Awful!!!
I’ve worked for almost a year part time with this company and we got a new payroll system. I got tons of emails and texts from Rain to sign up for access to my funds before payday. I signed up and none of my wages ever updated. I reached out to support and answered all their questions and still never got it fixed. Needless to say I had to delete my account because nothing got fixed and could not even use the app. Disappointed to say the least, especially since you blew me up to create an account. I don’t see how you got my info to begin with if you could never find me in the system

I have tried and tried and tried and tried to get a single code and it will not send me my code to restart my password. Then I emailed their support. And I get the same message over and over again send us your email your name your phone number. Your employment I dont that and they don’t respond. how are we supposed to access our money and y’all won’t even give me a code very unprofessional probably shouldn’t have AI running your support

Not letting me cash out
There’s some kind of glitch where it’s not letting me cash out called customer service. They said that everything should be working fine and that all my stuff is active, but it’s still not letting me.
