Great option
I come across this randomly however this has been a lifesaver. I started a new job. It was gonna be a while before I got my first paycheck and to be able to login and they were able to link in to my account so I could pull from my RT existing paycheck was amazing. It’s been able to help me keep my phone on and make sure I’ve gas in my car so I can get to work.

Cash Help Without Taking out A High Interest Loan!
I have used Rain on more than one occasion since it became available through my job and it has helped me out of a bind on more than one occasion! I have used it to pay a bill that otherwise would have been late if I had to wait until payday to pay. Sure there is a fee for instant access to the cash but it is cheaper than taking out a payday loan or having late charges or even having your cell phone shut off and paying reconnect fees! Thank you Rain, you have been a lifesaver👍

This app is useless
I’m not 100% sure if it’s the app or my employer or maybe both but there are major glitches, inconsistencies and issues where the representatives are giving conflicting and incorrect information. I was able to have access to my funds during the second pay period after I started working and when the pay period ended, I asked if the funds that were available in the app would be taken out of my next paycheck or the one for which the period just ended. I recieved confirmation from 2 agents and the app AI that any earnings I had available would be coming out of my next check in the next pay period since I was pulling in that new period, however when I received my check a week later the funds were removed from that check putting me behind for all my preplanned financial obligations.
Now I have been trying to pull from the app again to compensate for the missing funds and my HR keeps telling me that funds will be available once my hours have approved which they were already approved more than a week ago so it seems the app hasn’t uploaded the earnings. After reaching out to my HR/payroll multiple times during the week only to be told to be patient, I reached out to the rain app after discovering the hours in the app that originally said pending for approval were now gone…and they stated I no longer was able to receive earnings for those hours since that pay period had already ended which is the exact opposite of what I was told and what I experienced the last pay period. Now I’m confused as to how a whole pay period has came and gone and I have not been able to pull from my check. I deleted the all because it was literally causing me emotional distress .

Better apps
You guys should learn from daily pay, more details lets us know if the money has already been paid back on here it says completed which doesn’t mean anything. Come on you guys can do better. Feel free to reach out for some advice. Hopefully my company goes back to daily pay
I don’t over draft anymore!
The $3.99 fee is minimal compared to bank over draft fees. I get paid semi monthly and sometimes it’s hard to budget! It has saved me a few times already!
