If you get a new job, they’ll send your money to the old account and won’t give you access to it. DailyPay is so much better.
The app doesn’t work for me
I created an account and gave my information and they kept asking the same question over again so I wasn’t able to use the app for getting money early and had to delete the app

Not worth the headache
My acct was put on pause and I had to reach out to them and find out why. Well the company I work for employees 80,000 ppl and I’m pretty sure a lot of them use Rain. Well there was a glitch in their system didn’t collect any money that was withdrawn from the end of June beginning of July, and now that their glitch is fixed they took almost half of my recent paycheck which leaves me short on my rent. They didn’t try to rectify the problem and say hey let’s take a percentage here and another here. Or not at all cause it wasnt my fault or my employers fault. The pathetic part was I wasn’t notified so I could prepare. When everything gets settled I will be deactivating and deleting my account and I’ve only had it for a month. The lesson I learned here is that at anytime your system could glitch and put me in a bind. So no thank you.

There phone operators don’t know a lick of English you can barely understand what there saying and they barley understand what your asking
My thoughts on this app
It is good for when emergencies happen “if it works”. Their customer service sucks very bad. Highly disappointed in them.
So so.
In theory great app. I’ve notice my hours don’t really reflect so almost all the time I’m at 0 cash out & I’ll submit al my time sheets thru customer service and then don’t get any response and message them again & have to start over . I messaged 12 times . So when the app is working and updating correct it’s great . Hit don’t count on it .

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. This app is trash when it comes to support. It’s cool when you wanna draw a couple extra dollars, but let something happen and you ask to talk to support. You’ll be eating for thirty minutes with no update about when you’ll actually speak to someone. No estimated hold time, no answers just a blank screen with no one answering your questions. A sheer joke. Don’t trust this app.

Customer service is a joke
I like the app but getting in touch with customer service is a joke!!! I’ve been trying to reach out to them for hours.
They don’t honor there word
Didn’t charge my payroll then they get paid back and still have my account frozen however they’re still adding funds to my account! Make that make sense!
Terrible
Took out an amount of $155 out of MY paycheck early and it charged me another $155 my next paycheck, called customer service and I could barely understand the guy and he hung up immediately.
Why am I being charged $155 on my next check to take out MY $155 on my previous check, Terrible customer service and now i’m $155 short on my paycheck. Thanks to the worst app ever.

Beware!!! They will make your life difficult to save their own skin!
Uninformed customer service is only the tip of the iceberg with this company. Last pay period, there was some system error where they did not deduct used funds and wanted to recoup it on the following check. Not a huge deal, but once it’s paid back they apparently need some confirmation from employer. Why? Also, why not inform customers so they can prepare as needed. I had to find out the hard way. It was so easy for you to make the mistake, why is it so difficult to fix it? Since you were able to recoup the funds (that you messed up on), why not then renew services? It’s sketchy.

didnt work for me
well, I downloaded it because my job offered it and I signed up and I get emails saying I have a balance but every time I try to login it's an a constant loop of going back to the login and it doesn't go past that I'm not able to get in it. I've contact Support. I've got an email saying they're checking it and it still doesn't work. i spoke to customer support got emails saying they are looking into it sent them a video of whats going on and still nothing im really considering telling my employer to get another company to do bussiness with rather than this since everyone is having issues with the app. and yet we get no help or assistance.

I hate that my job switched over to this from daily pay it’s the worst system ever doesn’t calculate your check correctly and u have to wait another day just to receive funds rather than same day it’s like u mind as well just wait on your check to come

Rain instant pay lacks consistency, accountability, adequate communication and transparency. You make us jump through loopholes to get you to approve our pay, anywhere from emailing our employers HR, submitting email copies, escalating requests , submitting screen shots …etc just so your customer support team can leave us for hours on end waiting for someone to do their job ! Wasting so much time and resources just so Rain instant pay can charge us for giving us our hard earned money a week early . And when we rely on Rain ( which absolutely our fault we should have seen the red flags ) it fails to deliver the most basic thing it should do. Some weeks it’s on Tuesday some other weeks it’s on Thursday and some other weeks it’s not there at all!

Don’t download it scam artists
So basically, I signed up through my work for the stupid Rain app because they pushed it to get it downloaded so I started using it and I understand it comes out of your paycheck that’s fine but then one month they decided that they weren’t gonna take it out of the paychecks. They forgot to do their job. So now they shut off a Rain app and then said we had to wait until the next pay period after they take out all the money that they forgot to take out which was only 100 and something dollars, but it’s against their policy it does. It shows up with the paperwork that they’re supposed to be doing that every single month so they literally screwed everybody in the company over and I guess it’s OK I wanna call customer service. I got some foreign guy who couldn’t even speak a link of English. You couldn’t even understand him because it sound like he was in a damn wind tunnel or a cave but still didn’t care said whatever bye is that all you gotta say bye like you didn’t even care which is fine don’t use this app guys. They take more money out than you can possibly imagine and when they forget to take the money out, don’t come crying when you go to the next account and you realize that you over like 700 $800 because you thought they took the money out real scam artists
