Nice App. Too expensive.
User interface is very nice. Lots of great rain sounds. No great ocean sounds. Developer did not respond to my request for some.

I have been using this app since 2018 (maybe even before). I have turned this app on almost religiously every night. It helps me relax and sleep. I have used this app in multiple situations to help me through it if I might be feeling anxious, stressed or calm.

Lifesaver!
I love this app. It’s easy to use, has great choices for rain and water sounds and helps me relax. I’ve been an insomniac for years and this makes it easy to turn the lights low, listen to soothing sounds and wind down for bed. I leave the App on all night. Our wonderful city is doing night construction while it’s warm and windows are open. This app is saving me again!

Used this app for a while every night was great up until last night when I could hear a man laughing every now and then throughout it playing? Creeped me out and deleted the app

I love rain rain! Literally can’t fall asleep without it! But I don’t like how there are all these awesome sounds that you have to pay for. But I like how you can make different mixes!
Rain rain
Rain rain is amazing. Every light since I started using it I have been fast asleep in 5 minutes. If you don’t have this app then you haven’t had the deepest most relaxing sleep ever.
Highly recommend rainrain app
I’ve always had insomnia and misophonia so this helps a lot filtering out unwanted noises when connected to headphones and u can set a time to when it goes off so it doesn’t drain ur battery and you can mix sounds so it’s great I highly recommend this app
Paywall garbage
Had this app for almost 10 years. Got a new phone and lost all my sounds I previously bought. Reached out to support and they never got back to me. Now you gotta pay monthly. This company will fail and go bankrupt, can’t wait.
Fade out mutes my phone
I like the sounds and the ability to mix several together and adjust their volumes separately. BUT the fade out mutes my phone so I do t hear my alarm set for 10 minutes later and if I forget to turn my sound up I miss calls & alerts unless I’m close enough to hear the vibrate mode.
Good, does what you want. Just gotta get past the sales bits

But ruined by the app developers wanting full subscriptions.
It was good when you could just buy single sounds. Now you can't.
Anyway in many recordings the microphone of the rain sounds is outside. This means you can hear the drip drop dripping on the wet ground, so is as annoying as a 100 dripping taps close by.
If the microphone was inside we'd get that nice sound on the roof rain effect. But the "Rain" app doesn't have that. Which is strange considering that is the sound most people say is what they like i.e. "I like rain hearing on my roof" you never hear people say "I like laying outside listening to rain dripping into puddles" (or onto nearby leaves).
For example forest rain would be nice if the background rain was heard spread evenly over thousands of leaves. But instead we hear that being intrusively overridden by louder irregular drops and drips of water splashing into a puddle like surface, that are up to close to the microphone. That's not soothing, that's irritating
The good news is there are other more affordable rain apps to try instead.
I'll delete this review if I see single sounds are for sale again and the recordings have improved . Bit it's staying here until then

I love it so much!!
It’s a great app. I even have the subscription for it! It’s so nice and it helps me sleep at night . I do have one suggestion though. I suggest that you please let us choose more sounds at once! The max on a phone is 3 but I feel like it needs more. But that’s just cause I like hearing layers in stuff..

The best sound app
I used this in free for several years and eventually got the paid version. I still use it regularly. The outside sounds are fantastic when I’m trying to sleep or get my kids to sleep. The washer, dryer, and clock combo are the absolute best if I’m trying to focus on something important and I either need to give myself a quiet space to focus or I need the noise in my brain to go quiet for a while.

Has worked for me for literally forever. I’ve used this app for probably 8-10 years. I love it so much. Never fails to put me to sleep. Very easy to use it’s perfect.
