Great concept, horrible execution

The concept of Rainmaker is great. However, the support is not it. I’ve had a ticket open for over a month and a half to which I haven’t received a reply to my problem in over a month. The issue in question is me being unable to send any ETH on mainnet out of my wallet on Rainmaker, and support have gone silent. Before this project can be taken seriously, communication must improve.
