App will not allow new account with iPhone

I tried 3 times to create new account and it just states please accept our terms and conditions which never will open! If you select accept and then “Create Account “ nothing happens. There must be a glitch in the software. Plus, the terms & conditions must appear in order for a new user to read and accept.

Unusable

The app is completely un-usable for iphone’s and probably other platforms. Everytime you download the app it just says “we’ve detected an older version” and to update the app when there are none.
