There's a good reason why I'm the only reviewer.
I'm a bit regretful I spent $2 on this. I used up this week's ice cream money... *cries*
The art was mediocre at best, though I should have expected that from the anime. The cleaning though, is horrendous. They didn't even try to clean the background text and sound effects before overlaying the English translation.
The Japanese voice acting was surprisingly good. But the English voiceovers... Yeah, I'll leave it at that.
The app itself is minimalistic, favouring simple designs that may not look nice, but run quite smoothly. The auto-page-turn feature is also pretty cool.
One thing I'm a bit upset about is that I expected a lot more pages in a "volume". In fact, given that the cover style looks similar to a tankōbon, I thought it would have A LOT more than 30 pages.
Honestly, 30 pages isn't a bad deal, considering how much effort and professionalism was put into the (Japanese) voice acting. But please specify your definition of a "volume" in the description next time, so you won't have to deal with disappointed buyers.
All in all, the original manga is passable, fun but with clichéd plotlines and art. The cleaning and English typesetting, however, make everything worse.

I guess this volume is more about introducing the characters, so I can't wait for the next one!
