App overall works except the camera feature
Pros: the app connects and lets you stop/pause, etc.
Con: what takes two stars off the review is that the camera only works well if I’m on the same network as the printer. Viewing from a cell data network or another WiFi network can take hours of trying to finally get a single screenshot of what is going on.

Just rubbish compared to competitor apps and the standard of apps generally. I’d be embarrassed by this if I were Raise3D.

La connessione video non si apre, impossibile vedere le immagini della webcam rimane in loading… un suggerimento: i pulsanti di stop e pausa sono pericolosamente troppo facili da premere ed a portata di “dito” per il resto sembra avere tutto il necessario per monitorare le stampe

Eigentlich gut, aber …
Genau wie der Drucker lässt sich die App sehr einfach einrichten und bedienen. Die Funktionen sind vollkommen ausreichend würden aber zur optimalen Nutzung eine funktionierende Kameraverbindung voraussetzten.
Would like to like it but camera network problem
It works ok in same network but not outside. This would be our main use case to use it from away and log in to see the cameras. It takes ages and then you only get a still image… please work on the network issues
Camera never loads
I enjoy being able to remotely adjust settings but it’s kinda useless when the camera never loads. I feel like a $6K printer should have a more reliable app!
Good App
A very good App. It does what it says on the tin. Worked well on the iPad and linked to a third party printer without an issue. Lots of instructions on how to do this.
However I was looking for an iPad based solution to slicing and it is with regret that I have to uninstall the app, as the web based Cloud Raise slicer is not compatible with iPad web browsers. Making the app of no help.

Was awesome, now can’t even use it
RaiseCloud was one of the biggest reasons for buying my 3rd Raise3D printer but the app has gone to the birds. Will rarely connect now, the webcam never works for either the e2 or the pro2+ and I need to resort to Remote Desktop into a machine connected. O well still awesome printers, but this app is almost better to not to ever know about it than know of what it once was .

App is okay but camera connection is quite slow.
I feel like all most people want to do is visually see how their print is going. The video feed takes a long time to connect. It’s usually faster for me to remote into a work computer, pull up idea maker and use the feed from there. It’s even like fully live unlike the feed here where it’s just a couple frames every few seconds.

Will not even start
I enter the username and password, press sign in, then the app just freezes. Absolutely useless!
At least I can log in via a browser to monitor prints. How difficult can it be to actually have a working app?!

Camera Does Work
I am not sure why soo many people are complaining about the camera feature. I just got my E2 and the camera feed on the app, web, and desktop are pretty smooth. It’s at least 10fps. Exactly what I want out of it.
The app is very intuitive and most things work very well. Overall I’m pretty happy with it and does exactly what I want.

Random Prints get queued
It used to work quite well. Was a nice way to update. Recently, it pulls a phantom print in run from before and starts the print. Need to use the website. Soo close to being great.
