I highly recommend NOT using Raiz.
My experience with Raiz has been absolutely appalling. I have been trying to withdraw my invested funds and update my funding account, yet the process has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
It took more than five business days and multiple follow-ups just to receive a response, and I still have not received the money I invested

Slow to get money out
Takes 7 business days to withdraw money. It’s unnecessarily slow, and there’s no reason for it, when bank transfers are instant now. It suggests Raiz are depositing your money into the overnight money market for a few days, and keeping the interest before returning it to you, like banks used to do with cheques. Otherwise, the app is decent

I’ve invested money here in trial. After 14 months the fees are more than any gains, rendering the platform redundant in terms of financial performance. I’ll pull my money out and throw it in home loan. They were no help when I asked for clarification or help. What point is a platform that costs you $ and you end up in deficit? COD ordinary.

High fees, and purposefully hide information / share misinformation to keep you paying when you just want to sell and cancel.
