An intuitive and easy site to use raiz makes it easy for first time investors to understand and view where their money is actually going. It’s easy to use platform and promotional offers allow a chance for you to see return on investments in real time whilst learning more about shares. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Wasteful. Better alternatives exist
High fees, and purposefully hide information / share misinformation to keep you paying when you just want to sell and cancel.

Wants access to your accounts to withdraw money, how about I deposit instead? You should state this before people even give you an email address to sign up. Disgusting behaviour

I’m loving that the account is growing and I’m not wanting to touch it. It’s separated from my main banking so it’s not really an account to be accessible.
Waste of time and money
Much better ways to invest your money for better returns and where you’re not scammed with a monthly $5.50 fee. I’m closing my account, this has been a complete waste of time.

I’ve been a Raiz user for a few years but as of March this year, they introduced a mandatory subscription service to be able to use the app that I WASNT INFORMED OF. I have just discovered I was put on the middle tier without any confirmation and it has been deducting from my invested money this entire time without my knowledge. Absolutely scam behaviour. STOP MAKING EVERYTHING A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. I’M ALREADY PAYING YOU MONEY, STOP TAKING MORE FROM ME!!!!!!

Not an enhancement
I don’t like the update. Bring back the performance graph on the Home Screen.

New new look 👎
I’ve used the app since 2017 (when it was acorn) and it was always very easy to use and read. But there has been an update recently which makes it difficult to read.
For example, in the old app the pertains was super easy to read - if the graph was above the line at the end of the day, you had made a profit. If it was below, you had made a loss. But in the new look app you can make a loss for the day and the graph is above the start line making it look like a profit.
There are other little things which also can be looked at that the pre-updated app did that this one is harder to do on.
Please fix.

Excellent investment app
This app is excellent and I would recommend to anyone who wants to invest in shares which are fully diversified across the world.
However the latest “10” app icon is ugly and new app redesign is less intuitive and not an improvement. Hence one less star.
