Lucrati la imbunatatirea aplicatiei!

Aplicatie foarte slaba, cu multe lipsuri: nu poti descarca si vizualiza factura, nu primesti notificari si multe altele de care Raja are stiinta, cu siguranta.

In anul 2022 sa ai o aplicatie atat de slaba e penibil. Pai tu RAJA o mare companie nu ai voie asa ceva. Bagati oameni buni posibilitatea de a te anunta prin notificare cand trebuie transmis indexul , cand se emite factura .. ca sa nu mai zic de altele notificari pentru intreruperi de apa detaliate cu ora si zonele , notificari cand se reia alimentarea cu apa. Sunteti la ani distanta fata de aplicatiile din restul europei.

Ar fi bine dacă ar apărea și factura in aplicatie cu data scadentă, nu doar suma.

Informațiile legate de facturare, plăti și consum au întârzieri mari. Ultima factura din aplicație este cea din luna Iunie… de acum 3 luni
