ركائز Rakaez

Rakaez is a Libyan platform that connects people who need work done with the people who do it: workers, tradespeople, contractors and drivers, under a clear contract with payment held until the work is delivered. Request work • Describe what you need, or add a priced table of items, and send it to providers in that trade. • Offers come back to you: compare them, negotiate, and choose. • Both sides sign the contract in the app, confirmed by a code sent to the phone. Pay safely • Top up your wallet with a Libyan bank card. • Each payment is held when the work starts and only released to the provider once you approve the delivery. • Every transaction has a numbered receipt in your records. Large projects • Split a project into packages, each with its own contract and provider. • Add your team with defined roles: manager, accountant, supervising engineer. • Follow items, payments, threads and receipts from the project page. Rides and deliveries • Book a car within the city, or send an item from one place to another, and follow the trip on the map. Work and earn • Register with your trade or your vehicle, complete identity verification, then take requests near you and get paid into your wallet. Arabic first, with English and other languages.
