My Phone Number is Incorrect?
I have never signed up on any website that didn’t confirm my phone number. This app is telling me my phone number isn’t correct. Bad sign. Oh, well. I’ll just delete and never come back. Thanks!

Wow! Disqualified because…
I just got almost all the way through a survey and thought I would finally get 44 points, but do you know what question disqualified me? THAT I WASN’T LICENSED TO PILOT A SSGN (or something like that) SUBMARINE!! What in the world does that have to do with a household appliance survey??

Too glitchy
This site continuously errors out on me! After 10 minutes of doing a survey at the end it says I didn’t qualify. Very disappointing!!
This new version won’t even open
I was iffy about this app since it took so much to answer any of the survey questions in order to earn. The qualification questions themselves took forever and most of the I didn’t even qualify for u spent a bunch of time to earn 1 point.

I have been using this app for nearly three years now and it has progressively gotten worse. While the app was rewarding and enjoyable, it became increasingly frustrating as surveys became exceedingly difficult to complete (including late declines and partial rewards after submitting). The automated declines, due to policy enforcement, were without explanation and done prematurely (occurring after entering the survey but before actually starting the survey).
Unfortunately, my account was blocked from receiving further survey invites (suddenly and without evidence of policy violations). I will not be recommending this app to others and I suggest that anyone interested in taking surveys look elsewhere.
The customer support is unhelpful and at times impersonal, with generic and scripted responses that don’t address your concerns or your issues. This company has clearly lowered its standards and continues to disregard the participants that it needs to continue running.
Overall, my experience with this app and the Rakuten company has been a tremendous disappointment.

pays about 1$ an hour to do surveys for cash

Surveys are low value for the time required.
Survey rewards are extremely low value. 20 minutes at best gets you the point equivalent of 70 cents, usually much lower. Use your time elsewhere.
Huge WASTE of time!
This company is taking advantage of the people who fill out their worthless surveys! You spend several days on filling out the surveys to reach the 500 point minimum and in turn you just get $5! Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. In turn they are likely getting paid 1000 times what they are paying you. Boycott this app and flood them with 1 star reviews! Plus report them to the App Store as a scam because that’s exactly what this app is!

Waste of time
You collect points for doing surveys. Each one starts with repetitive questions that you already have in your profile. Then it gets more specific. For example: Did you recently buy a Nivea product? Did you take a a trip to Europe? Did you install a solar system? Did you shop in these stores you never heard about? No to all? Sorry, you don't qualify, but here's 1 point. When you collect 500 points, you can collect money. 500 points gives you $5!!! One survey that takes about 20 min and pays UP TO 70 points, IF you qualify. Do the math, enjoy if you want.

Not Worth Your Time
Not worth your time at all. I took several surveys that took 15-30 minutes, just to get to the end and then give me 1 whopping point because I “didn’t meet their criteria.”
SCAM!
I recently signed up for this site/app and was not getting any surveys at all. I contacted support about that only to be responded to saying I was being blocked from getting any future surveys for breaking rules. Mind you I have not taken any surveys etc. Only filled it information for my profile, literally only thing I had done on the app/site.
So if asking why I was not getting any surveys us breaking rules on an app that gives surveys….
Certainly do not recommend anyone downloading this and putting personal information in it

App Doesn’t open
Downloaded the app and never been able to get it to work. It stays on the logo screen
Never qualify
I have updated all of my profile sections and I still never qualify for surveys. A lot of time I’ll spend 5-10 minutes before I find out I don’t qualify. Waste of time.
Joke
I stopped receiving survey questions and customer service was an absolute joke when trying to resolve it. Don’t even waste your time with them.

I downloaded this app and haven’t ever received a survey offer.
Information Thieves!!!
Rakuten has still never rewarded me for either of my past two 100% fully completed surveys. The reason? FRAUD. BLATANT, SATANIC, HEINOUS FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!! This way they can gleefully profit off of my diligent slave labor work and honest answers without losing a single precious penny!

Easy way to Earn
The surveys are pretty easy I do them while I watch TV in the evening. Are you going to get rich? No but it helps me feed my Guinea pigs and hermit crabs. So easy way to pass time and get a little extra win win to me.

Pointless
Don’t bother, none of the surveys calculate to anything but 1 or 2 points even though you’ve spent like 10 minutes on it.

hi Heesh4, thanks for giving us a shot! Pro tip: make sure that you fill out your Member Profiles so that we can filter the surveys we send you so you only get ones that you are more likely to qualify for!
