Terrible
This is a terrible app. It worked once, then said it didn’t recognize my credentials, I opted to reset my password and now it won’t let me because I already have an account 🙄
Unable to enter alpha characters on keypad
I’ve tried doing a long tap on a number to access the alpha character and cannot get it to work. Consequently I am not able to enter the Rx number. This is incredibly frustrating. I am unable to move forward.
Fails to allow login a lot of the time
Not every single time, but way more often than not. Was reliable for quite a while, but now I have to call in refills. Might just switch to my provider’s mail service.
Works great!
I like the app a lot and use it frequently. There have been a couple false “ready for pickup” notifications. I suspect human error.
Hard to add people
I managed prescription for my elderly parents, and this app is extremely hard to use. I tried about a year ago and again now I downloaded it to make a little easier but it would not let me add their meds.
Notifications aren’t working
Refill reminders and pickup notifications aren’t working the last few months.
Raley's Pharmacy
This app is functional but it is in need of an update. It hides medicines that one has not filled for awhile and when one searches, it doesn't find the Meds. Often when a med is due for a refill and one requests it only to find out that it's not ready for refill.

Sign in button unresponsive

Can no longer sign in
It used to work flawlessly but now nothing happens when I try to log in. However, if I go to scan my prescription it asks me to enter my RX number and store. I am then able to submit my refill request.

I like the fact the app exists, but the UX needs some work. Refilling more than one prescription at a time is more awkward than it needs to be and there’s nowhere to find

The app was working perfect! And then update happened and now I can’t even get my self logged in. It’s not user friendly PLEASE fix this!
App Update
It worked great until the update. It kicked me out and now I can’t log in. Even changed my password. Still can’t log in. The log in page is stuck!
Update is not working well.
I have used this app for a few years to order and update prescriptions for my husband and myself. A recent update kicked him out of my account and then when I invited him to rejoin the app was finicky on his phone so he gave up. I ordered my refill on Saturday and it said it would be ready today (Monday). I just went on to check and it does not even show that I refilled it. I wish I had taken a screen shot but really???? I’m back to calling the pharmacy which I was trying to avoid! Not happy!

Buggy even more so with the new update
So when I first downloaded the app, it was almost perfect except I couldn’t add my own prescriptions. It worked flawlessly on my husband’s and 2 kids prescriptions though. Gave it 4 stars then. So when the app got an update, it finally prompted me to add my own. Lo and behold, it says it can’t add mine since it’s already linked to another account?? Contacted customer service, they deleted the whole family account so I can start from scratch. I finally re-register but is just stuck in the login screen. Can’t sign in whatsoever. Every time I hit the sign in button it reacts (button gets darker) but doesn’t really sign me in. So now I have a new account but useless app. I give up.

Doesn’t work!
After the last update on 2/3/2021 you can’t even sign into the app. It’s been almost a week and it hasn’t been fixed. That’s ridiculous
Recent update broke the app
The most recent update has made it impossible to log in, the login screen just churns and churns. I ended up having to call the pharmacy directly. What a joke.
