No CarPlay support, major miss

In this day and age, a car navigation app that does not offer CarPlay integration is ridiculous. If you are lucky enough to have a passenger that can hold the phone and track your route it is better than nothing. Otherwise, you either need someplace you can mount a holder for the phone, or have it close at hand to confirm the route.

Simply making it CarPlay capable solves all of this and makes the app a five star review.

Works but not good

Some bugs, the biggest downside is that you can’t use Waze or Google maps after you make the route. The waypoints are not quite as easy to place as other apps which give you a reticle. Hit a bug where drive names can’t have a hyphen in them.

Need to add to Car Play

Love the app, but it needs to be added to Car Play so I can use it easier during rallies!

Please make this better

Resume drive function so it doesn’t start over when the app closes. Better interface. Waypoints. Schedules

A great app

I love this app for route planning when our Corvette Club takes club sized rides. In the future I would love to have the ability to make route adjustments on a saved ride. Thanks for a great job on this app. We are sharing it with club members now.

Great Mapping, Some Features Needed

Overall this a great app that needs a slightly larger community to discover it. I’ve found several very cool routes I wouldn’t normally see on a Google Maps service.

Pros
Waypoints are generally pretty good and easy to add
Topography maps make canyon roads fun and easy to find
Easy to learn interface
Estimated distance and times are a great way to keep your spouse from underestimating the adventure you’re dragging them on

Cons
No easy way to edit a route once set. A List of directions/stops would be nice
No way to tell a road from a hiking trail in-app. Off-road/dirt designations would be nice
Once a route is set there is no way to reverse the directions so you have to rebuild your route in reverse

Almost there….

All great but needs CarPlay support.

Great app!

Got 4 stars instead of 5 because we drive European cars and would love to be able to use kilometers instead of miles but that’s not an option

Car play

CarPlay integration is a must also running into “page not found” instance in creating routes

Initial impressions are not good

I bought the app, which appeared to be a free download but turned out to cost $3. That would not be a big deal if I got something worthwhile. It has no instructions and I can’t figure out how it works. The link to instructions takes me to a feedback page. Great idea, but my initial Impressions of the execution are not good at all.

Follow up: A friend of mine also purchased the app and had exactly the same experience. His opinion is that its a beta version not ready for market.

I have to wonder if all the dozen or so great reviews are plants by the developer.

Cool concept, CarPlay please?

Looks really useful but needs CarPlay integration

May make .gpx files and Garmin obsolete

Wow. First tour today with it, overall solid. Minor nits: Would *love* the ability to lock the map to north, and ability to use “offline” so in remote areas the app is still relevant. But will be looking into using this again.

Great App… One suggestion

I love this app, but would like to make a suggestion. Could this app at some point receive CarPlay Integration? That would be awesome!

Lovely app, huge potential for car club community

I like the app a lot. Don’t have a ton of adopters here in Seattle yet, but the potential is clear.

Two feature asks:
1) could drives have some sort of short description that goes with the title so people can browse them (fields like FB events might be a useful place to look to take ideas from)
2) can I click on a users name to see all the drives they’ve posted so if I like one I can easily find more from that person

Thanks!

Great planning app

I run classic car tours, where gravel is a serious problem. Rallista is actually more accurate than Google Maps for road surface selection. Great app for planning routes.

Great app

Easy to use app for route planning and driving. Well done!
