Send a clear challenge, complete it, share the finish, and hand the next move back. No giant public feed. Just your people, the goal in front of you, and enough friendly pressure to show up. SEND THE NEXT MOVE Challenge a friend to something specific: walk for 30 minutes, run a mile, hit 8,000 steps, finish a lifting session, practice a sport, or create your own goal. Rally includes ideas across running, walking, strength, mobility, swimming, cycling, court sports, action sports, and more. TRACK THE REAL WORK Start an accepted challenge directly from Rally. Depending on the activity, Rally can track time, GPS distance, route, pace, elevation, steps, flights, repetitions, rounds, laps, and other activity totals. You can also record supported workouts from Apple Watch and review the result on iPhone before sharing it. MAKE THE FINISH SOCIAL Share the result with your private team, including the metrics you approve, a route for an outdoor Rally-recorded workout, or an optional photo or video. React to messages and finishes, send images, nudge a teammate whose turn is still open, and keep the conversation going between challenges. KEEP THE LOOP ALIVE Rally shows whether a challenge was achieved, missed, or expired. History, shared moments, widgets, Live Activities, and notifications make the next action obvious without pretending every attempt has to be perfect. RALLY+ — ONE PLAN FOR YOUR TEAM An optional Rally+ subscription unlocks recurring challenges, guided 7-day and 30-day programs, multiple teams, deeper team insights, private invite controls, premium finish styles, Apple Fitness matching for supported totals, and an ad-free experience on secondary screens. One member’s active Rally+ plan is shared with their current team. Apple Health access is optional. Rally never uploads raw HealthKit samples. It shares only the supported aggregate workout information you review and approve. Rally is a fitness product and does not provide medical advice.
