Can’t even get in

Couldn’t help if we wanted to. App Needs work can’t even download and create an account to get started. Asked for 15 different things in a password, then you do it all, just to still be denied. Numbers, lower case, upper case, a symbol, 8+ characters. Was totally interested in trying to help in my area, but that was a joke, as this app has no way of getting past the sign in page nor has any contact info or anything. I believe many people would like to help, but aren’t going to waste the 35+ minutes now trying to figure it out like I have. They are going to get annoyed, as I have and just say screw it, leave and forget the entire thing. Fix the account set up page that is denying all passwords with the correct criteria listed.

During this crisis, I think we all want to make sure that our neighbors are taken care of.

But we don’t know who is in need of help. This app helps take care of that.

I love the concept of neighbors making their needs known and me being able to help. It does take a village.
