Push notifications?
I want to like this but I’ve seen better. It wouldn’t be my first choice if I had a choice. I’ve been using it for 2 years now. If there are supposed to be push notifications, I don’t know where they are. I only get emails that get lost in the middle of all my other emails. Not to mention I have favorite rallies that I’ve been trying to unfavorite for a year. I can’t speak for other teachers because without notifications, no one sees anything I post. So now I’m using other apps in addition to this one. Please fix favorites and push notifications.

Don’t bother
It’s clunky. Its awkward. It’s hard to navigate. It sucks.

Not great for communication
Our Girl Scout council pushed this app for troop and council communication and I find it hugely lacking. I rarely get in app notifications, my posts don’t get seen by parents in my troop, I have multiple parents complaining they have been locked out and the engagement of my parents has dropped significantly since we switched to this app. There are better apps for group communication out there and I wish we could go back to what worked for us.

Not an ideal communication app
Our Girl Scout council moved to this app for all communication and I find it clunky and not as engaging as our last mode of communication with our troop. I don’t get real time notifications, some of my rallies disappear when I don’t visit them regularly. I also don’t think it’s reaching our Girl Scout parents.

Doesn’t do anything
This has to be the worst app I’ve ever used. It literally doesn’t do anything. I can see my rally group cover picture , but when I click on it, nothing happens. I’m so disappointed because I was hoping to see pictures from my daughter’s camp this week. I’ve also tried the rallyhood website and have the same result. It’s too bad that the Girl Scouts have chosen to use a platform that doesn’t even work.

Terrible app
I’m needing to use this for girl scouts but the app never loads. I’ve gotten it to work on google ONCE. It’s a requirement for the trip I’m going on but I am unable to use it. Fix your app.
Not a fan
We use rallyhood for Girl Scouts and I’m not a fan. Everything about it is awkward, slow and hard to figure out. It’s not user friendly and even after using it for a year I’m stunned by how it doesn’t get any easier to use.

Great Improvements
The app continues to get better and better. I’ve shared feedback with the Rallyhood team and it’s so nice to see those changes being made to make the app better for us all.
Great collaboration tool for groups!
I love this app! Love that there are no ads! We communicate on the message wall and also use direct messaging for quick convos. It’s been an awesome way to store and share photos. We have albums going back several years. Our group also loves the events feature for invites, registration and tracking…so easy. It’s saved me hours of work, with all the tools I need in one place.

One Stop Shop
You can have everything you need for your organization in one place. Very easy to navigate and to upload pics and docs. It’s a cross between a website and Facebook.
Useful, helpful tool
We use Rallyhood for our Girl Scout troop and we love it. It’s is easier to do major updates and setting up events and calendars from the desktop and not the app however the app is great for quick message updates and the push notification my parents get. We love using the Rallyhood program so the app is a bonus.

Logo makes me feel ill
I have trypophobia, and the logo/app button makes my stomach turn. I've deleted it from my Home Screen, but it's omnipresent on the app, and I'm at risk of losing my lunch any time I'm in the app.
Please consider changing it. I know that's not a small ask, but the app is nigh unusable at this point.

Could be great
App seems to be lacking features. It doesn’t notify you of messages posted. you only get some emails that miss stuff when it is originally posted. So it js hard to keep up with updates on post anywhere close to real time. Also the sign ups don’t work or load correctly or all the way in the app. Seems ok for that on the web but the app is very clunky.

Cannot Log In
I have a valid Rallyhood account; I can log in from my laptop with very little effort.
This app? This app is absolutely useless because I cannot log in.
My credentials are correct, but I might as well think of this app as decorative because God knows it's not useful in the least.

I haven’t been able to log in via app for months. No response. Useless waste of space.
