This app work amazing the new app they are forcing a download for does not load and if it does it’s o lot partially loading the page. Had to sign back in to this dodge app to schedule my service I need on my truck.
Keeps getting errors when entering vehicles
The old version of this app was great for keeping my vehicles up to date on oil changes and other services. Today I went to it to check on things and I had to update to the “new improved” app. In a perfect world my vehicles would have still been under my email and password. This asked me again to enter my vin codes which I proceeded to do. It recognizes these and tells me to hit next. I then repeatedly get an “error occurred while loading. Please try again.” Until this is fixed, this app is no good to me.

Pre order!!!
Hard to believe…No HEMI Rams in my area. Pre ordered 2022 Ram 1500 near my current lease end, thinking 30-60 days wait. Placed order with exactly what I wanted-would not ‘settle’ for what was available locally. Day 1 placed order: day 12 got production date, which was day 13. DAY 20 (8 days later!!!) it was delivered to dealer and me. I would have spent that much time still looking locally! Bonus was dealer offered $600 off for pre orders, plus $500 military, plus loyalty, plus $250 coupon in previous maintenance package. Love my Ram and Challenger!

Good app but needs some work
When I use the schedule service option I am never able to finish as 1 field never works when it comes time to schedule the time of service.

This was by far one great investment . I love everything about this van. One main thing i dislike is the air that seeks through the door. But other wise pretty good Van.
Best Truck
Buying Domestic and foreign brands for 37 years I can say that Ram trucks are the best truck in every category for the past 15 years. Ford has gone cheap in quality and Chevy has gone to garbage, their interiors have improved but still after six months already look dated. Last time I bought a dodge was in 1989 and was disappointed that quality at that time declined compared to my 1972 Charger. But since then the brand has made a serious comeback that impresses the heck out of me.

2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn 4x4
I have really enjoyed my new truck. The Hemi V8 is a big step up from the Grand Caravans my wife and I have been driving for 20 years as we raised 4 kids. It’s time to buy a truck we always wanted. It’s been great fun off road and drives surprisingly smooth on the interstate. We drove from Georgia to Ohio on a single tank of gas! The only issue we’ve had so far is the transmission. It has gotten stuck in first gear a few times in the early ownership until I turn the truck off and back on to reset it. It’s relatively minor, but should not be happening on a new truck. Taking it in to service to see what that’s all about. Overall though, we still are enjoying it. We just hope that lasts after the service call, Ram.

The best buying experience I’ve ever had especially for a vehicle, it has been a while and something I’ve always wanted to do order a truck the way I wanted it it was well worth the wait, I’ve always been a Mopar fan.
I love everything about my 2021 Ram Laramie ! All I have done is give it a little more rumble to the exhaust, I love the look of The stock tail pipes. I could go on but I will just say all around awesome truck!

First new truck
I have owned many trucks this is by far the best truck ever. It works hard and runs smoothly and drives like our Lexus
Transmission
Having one issue with my transmission it will not engage into park when turning off and when really engaging in to park there is a loud metallic sound. Bob service manager said it’s the shifter knob in the truck not the transmission and did not look at it.
Not good
Barely works and when you try and schedule a service appointment none of the categories work in the pop up scroll selector making you have to leave the app and make a phone call to schedule so what’s the point? It’s 2021 and your app still doesn’t have basic functionality working?

LOVE my Ram but....
Am absolutely loving my Ram truck but as I was driving across country at night with less than 3000 miles on it the lights- all of them- including the instrument panel went dark. I was able to get the day running lights on but no back lights. Hoping to get this resolved soon! Have an appointment with dealership.

Not a fan of pushing unnecessary products
Chrysler pushes their tablet and application environments and its old. I understand that some people like and benefit from this stuff but there should be a full on opt out option. As a salesman and a customer, I myself have to go through this for my vehicle purchase and it’s just as annoying as a customer as it is for/as the salesman. But hey, some out of touch exec seen a study and we’ll be damned if we don’t think that the info doesn’t apply to everyone!

Just want to say it was a pleasure to do business once again with Turlock Dodge, they had all the paperwork ready when I got to the dealership after taking a 3 Hour Train ride to pick up my truck. Everything was taken care of and I was able to get back on the road headed back home in less than an hour. It’s a pleasure to have someone place a high value on my time. We bought our van late October we bounced around California getting use to our new unit, come the new year we packed up and have put 3,000 miles on our road trip. We plan to stay in Florida for a month then 3000 miles back, reload then head straight up coast to Canada across the top of the US, so far we are averaging 16 mph we love this van!!

Beautiful truck
This is very reasonably priced luxurious vehicle has a few little flaws the main one is wind buffeting any windows that are open cause extreme buffering and pop your ears I would like to know if they have a fix for this also it’s a four-wheel-drive truck that came with real smooth street tires otherwise the power and fuel economy are awesome
