Weißer Screen seit dem letzten Update

Seit dem letzten Update habe ich auf dem iPhone 6 mit iOS 12.5.5 nach dem App-Start nur noch einen weißen Screen. Über Support komme ich nur zur RaMa-Homepage, dort finde ich aber auch über die Suche keinen App-Support. As mache ich nun?
