Why did you update
It won’t even let me open anything on the app. Why update if it is unusable
Can’t get it to work
I used to use this often, but they “improved it” and now can’t get anything to open. Get blank screens
App Never Loads
I love Rameys! The old version was great for me because I simply wanted to view the sale paper. The new version is absolutely terrible! The app never loads and I end up just having to go to the website to see the paper.
Needs update
The app only works some of the time. Please fix. Before all the “new” changes, the app worked fine. Needs a new and improved update.
Update is terrible
Why change something that works? I am no longer able to view the weekly add from the app. I now must go to the website to view.
App do not work
This is the worst app. Ramey really needs to delete and start over making this app.
Pointless app
You can not do anything on this app but look at locations and current add. You have to go into the store to discuss rewards
consider adding shopping list or real time product searches
unfortunately, this app has very few features. I’d like to have a grocery store list and updated pricing and to see what particular products I can actually purchase at the store, but that’s not available on this app. The app only offers the opportunity to look at the weekly flyer, which has very little bearing on my shopping so all in all, it’s pretty disappointing. Wish they could add a shopping list and some live data to the app it’s really nothing more than going to their website or picking up a paper flyer at the store.

Can’t add items to the shopping list. It has been that way for over a month now. Pointless app at this rate! Deleting!
Disappointing
Brand new store, and it’s certainly pretty but selection is limited and with the exception of specials significantly higher than competitors. Customer service actually left me wishing I’d gone to Walmart instead, both times I went there.

Grocery list will not allow you to remove items. This needs to be fixed ASAP. App is useless due to all the bugs.
