It would be nice if there was a place for adding in game scores.
Good but could be better
Most of the app functions are good, but the chat feature needs to be separated by teams. I have 3 kids playing and up to 20 chat strings per team, it is practically unmanageable trying to keep up to date on that many chat strings. We ceased using the app because this became such a problem. Seems like an easy fix, just make the chats by team rather than having them all under one tab.

Problem receiving messages
I almost always have a hard time seeing messages that come in if I’m not where there’s Wi-Fi or vice versa if I restart my phone then it’s the opposite. I have it when there’s no Wi-Fi and then I can’t see any updates when I’m in an area with Wi-Fi.

Would be great if the location description tied to a map. Simply having a name is not enough to know the location of play.
Chat function has a bug
The app does not allow me to navigate through the other menus once I select the chat.
Closing the app and restarting is the only way to get back to the other menu items.

Missed games and tournaments
App does not sync. We have missed practices and tournaments because the app communication chat doesn’t work for many of our users.

Could use enhancements
At its core the app functions as it should. However, it does it does lack certain refined, enhancements, such as icons are too specific to one sport and not - ie too hockey focused.
The team finances management is nice, however it doesn’t provide a clear view of both expenses and income in one view - does not show what your net balance is.

Ramp is so good
I love ramp because it’s easy to talk with coach teammates etc…and you can easily know where to go for your practices. Also I love how it gives us directions to the place we have to go to. I love ramp so much and it’s a perfect app

Update is not an update.
Had one of my kids filtered out the other day before latest update. New update offers new and improved Filter feature according to App Store description. The auto update won’t open at all so I can’t re-activate my filtered out player. An app to keep me updated with teams calendar is not helpful when it doesn’t work. I’ve tried deleting app and reinstalling. The way it re-installs makes me wonder just what they me by delete app as it reloads so quick and reopens in exact last place I was before deleting no re login nothing.
