Love this game
This is one of the few games I’m allowed to play online for actual money and it is amazing I love big wins and they aren’t shy about giving them to you. Really fun to play.

Upset, unable to withdraw my winnings.
I’ve played this game a couple of times and had won some money. Tonight I want to withdraw $500+ on my account and I keep getting error message. No matter how I try to refresh it just won’t let me take my money. I hope they fix.
Withdraw never received
Back on the 26th of January I withdrew the win of 50$, got a confirmation email of the withdraw being approved. Ok hour later still nothing. So I write to the email provided help@realgaming ok I wait the 72 hour turn around response still nothing. No money deposited into my account no response from the help support. Leaving me few options left. I’ve spent hundreds if not thousands investing in your game for it not to be reciprockated.

It is impossible to withdraw your money. Chat is never available and they never respond to your email either. I have now opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to see if that gets me anywhere. Total ripoff.

Update: Took 2 stars away. First big win was great, then I couldn’t cash out. Kept giving me an error message. I assumed (dumb on my end) that I had to play more to cash out so I literally played all of the winnings back. I did reach out to support the first time I got the error message. Only to get a respond a day later saying it was fraud security. Why would I have fraud security when I never have checked out and there’s literally so many steps to even create an account???? Long story short, they want you to play all of your winnings back before you can reach someone to take the fraud security off. Such a ripoff.

I really like playing on this app. Had a couple good hits so have done pretty well. I like that you are playing against another hand…..so sometimes your loser hand is a push. I would like to see more games ,especially Deuces Wild.
