Don’t use
I have never seen an app with more issues. This app would constantly freeze. When I tried to speed up or down a book it just wouldn’t. Or if I speed it up it wouldn’t let me go back down. It would also constantly restart chapters randomly. It would be on chapter 8 then go back to seven when it was done. Just a horrible app overall.

Great content, decent app
The app is still a little bit clunky, but solid for the most part. And the content of course is fantastic!
This app just doesn’t cut it yet……..
It’s bad. The UI doesn’t make sense. The app is clunky. The playback speed doesn’t change without restarting the app. There’s no way to resume and check where you left off without going through the entire list of books and choosing “resume book” which might work or might start from the beginning. I can’t listen to a book via this app right now. It’s unbearable. Unfortunate.

Speed problems
Really want to finish listening to my book but I can't because the app is stuck on 0.5x. I toggle it to the other speeds but it will only play on 0.5x. Ugh.
Such potential, poor execution
I was excited when I found this app because all but the newest Ramsey audiobooks in this app are included in the Ramsey+ membership. Very disappointed in the quality of this app since it’s so inconsistent from high level of quality I’ve come to expect from the other Ramsey products. Books are sorted in no particular order. No options to sort by publish date, alpha, filter by author or guides like “start here.” The pages for each book do not have a back button. When opening the app, it doesn’t display the book you last listened to. The player skips ahead chapters in books while listening.

So disappointing
I’ve come to expect a lot from Ramsey, and my expectations are usually met or exceeded. But this audio book app is for the birds. I purchased a Dr Deloney audio book 2 years ago and a George Kamel audio book this month. I’ve never been able to successfully download either one. So frustrating amd sad.

Not sure what to expect out of an app like this. But it worked exactly as I thought it should.
Why doesn’t the replay speed work

Good books, terrible app
The books are good but it’s so frustrating to use. The app never remembers where you stopped listening and it refuses to download the file for local listening instead of streaming.
Also not having CarPlay support is frustrating as that’s the time I listen to audio books.

50% chance the app remembers where I left off. Why can’t I download the audiobook? I’m forced to use this app to listen.

Just not good yet…
While I love the content and message from the Ramsey team, this app is disappointing to say the least. It is riddled with bugs that change the speed of the audio, change chapters, and completely restart the book from the beginning. The UI is clunky at best. For instance when listening when driving in my car, when I switch apps to Apple Maps and have the audiobook in the background, it restarts the book from the beginning. Features I find common on other audiobook apps are completely absent. I really want this app to succeed to spread the messages the Ramsey team has to offer, but as of today, it’s not there.

Do you like being able to pick up from where you left off?
Then this app is not for you! I mean wowzer?!? I mean did Dave write the code himself?(im assuming he’s bad at technology cuz he’s a boomer, but hey if a octogenarian can be president there may be hope for Dave). It doesn’t save my spot. It lags like no other. I don’t know how it’s buffing if the book is literally downloaded on to my phone. I bought “building a non anxious life”, and ironically this app only gave me more anxiety! Anyways I’ll just sit here and enjoy my panic attack. Cheers mates!

App reading rate slows down
Reading rate of the audiobooks slows down to to 0.5 when I have the rate set at 2x when phone goes to sleep or if you run the app in the background
