This app is the worse.
You canāt find a local office all are closed down. They post jobs and once you do all the requirements they take wee to clear you. Background checks/ I9. Once youāre done. They congratulate you. Just for you to sign up for a job. You will stay on pending for weeks. They never confirm. Then theyāll tell you you withdrew from the job. It happened 2 times to me. I think this is a fraud. Iām serious about working. This app is fake!!!!!! Donāt waste your time here.

I have applied and even gone to do my drug test and have been on a āwaiting listā for my START DATE for a whole MONTH because the āmanagerā of the job I was supposed to start at was on leave, Iāve been calling throughout the whole time Iāve been waiting for updates and all I got was āsorry weāll send your infoā 4 people told me the exact sentence and left me waiting until I called today and the ājob was filled due to first come first serveā but I have been waiting ALL MONTH for my start date that I never got. This is the SECOND time it has happened. And itās so funny to me how the ājob was filledā but the randstad staff opened up my jobs again and there were MULTIPLE openings to the same warehouse for the same schedule, very interesting.

Unprofessional Work Application
Little to no support when required. Support only reachās out to you when itās of interest to them meaning the Pros are on their own until needed by support . From my professional experience this is a very unprofessional way to run a work app. Contacting support as a pro is like begging to speak with God. No help with account setup no help with minor issues etc etc etc

No Idea How it Has Five Stars
Itās horrible and Iād never use it again. Maybe it was good once but thereās not even a way to strictly see what jobs you want. When you rarely get a job close to you and try to apply it blocks all other jobs meaning the entire time your waiting for your application to be processed you canāt even see the other jobs that may be better for you. I contacted customer service and got a generic response and a WEEK later Iāve still not received a response from any customer service rep. On top of that Iāve been waiting for a rep to complete the RXO for 6 days. Clearly Randstad needs to be the one to do some hiring.

I completed everything but the app not showing any job. It runs and goes blank.I donāt know how to get support to resolve it.
Horrible/scam
This app is a scam it doesnāt work itās a waste of time there literally just using your information donāt bother to try and contact them because they will not answer I think everyone should report this app at the same time.
Fake jobs
I have experince and I send my application and never get a call mor get hired. After like 3 days a ireceive a notificstion that job is no longer available. Imagine Inhave sent over 20 applications

Bogus waste
They have no jobs if the do they are all under minimum wage. You absolute can not go into the office and get any kind of help. This is a company that has no business even being an entity at all. Do not waste you time or your energy.
HORRIBLE
Every time I'll apply for a job, It'll say "Job no longer available" Even though I am the first person to apply to the position. And sometimes It would make me wait DAYS as if I got skipped over then abruptly say it's no longer available!! And then the EXACT same job is listed again!! I'm so tired of being lied and wasting my time like this!! SO TIRED!! So I deleted my account and went elsewhere!!!

Where did the jobs go?
I kept getting prompts to finish my onboarding. then it would show me a long list of available jobs in my area. So I did. I finished and now the list is blankā¦.not even one job. What happened? There was dozens listed and now thereās nothing.

Worst costumer service with little regard to the employee
Had me on a position hold for 16 days rep never contactās and the assistance phone rep could care less for you or youāre employment not recommended for anyone who truly needs a job most of the reviews are done by staff members poor inadequate service and waste of valuable time

Iāve been trying to understand why havenāt any jobs been shown if Iām already done everything itās been 2-3 weeks and still havenāt seen anything but I keep getting notifications about jobs that are posted but when I access the app thereās nothing there. Iām so confused and disappointed

I have literally cleared my job preferences and this app still canāt find any jobs in the entire METROPLEX. Literally broken.

I have downloaded the app more than a month now and I never see any job available I don't know why I called to randstad customer service and they advised me to reinstall the app I did but still there is nothing available I can share the screenshot if it allow me, I don't know why they provide this app when nothing is helpful so wired

Not ideal but optional
Itās okay but you can only apply to one job at a time. Once you apply you donāt have access to other job info until the job you apply for is taken down. Limit your ability to find jobs rather than waiting for one job to reply.
Absolutely horrible
Any job search site that respected you would never make you download an app just to finish the application you already did. And when you do download it, you cannot access your account because the website uses your email to login and the app uses your phone number and neither side is capable of linking the two. The search function is awful, if you search for āscientistā it gives you results for call center worker. Save yourself this nightmare and stick to reputable job search sites.
