Confusing Navigation – No Back Button on Job Details

The app is great for viewing shifts, but the navigation layout is very frustrating. Once you click to open a specific job description, there is no visible back arrow or "X" button to return to the search results.The only way to get back is to manually click the "Find jobs" tab icon at the bottom of the screen again. This is not intuitive, as it resets the entire search instead of just taking you back to where you left off in the list. As a Developer, I recommend to please add a proper back button to the top of the job details page to fix this.

Red flags galore

As other people have said, the amount of data they’re asking for is activating all kinds of alarm bells in my head. Government ID, SIN card, banking details, and a selfie of yourself. I apply to a job posting like any other thinking Randstad is just a middleman for a singular business, only for them to send me down this wild goose chase with nothing concrete guaranteed to come from it. I feel like I’m just being led on without actually being told what (if any) tangible employment will come out of any of this. Reading the reviews, and doing my own research, it doesn’t sound like it.

Unprofessional

I approached Randstad with high expectations, drawn by the company's innovative concept and its potential to assist job seekers. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect this promise.

During my interview with Wesley Chung at one of the Vancouver locations, he initially presented himself as professional, courteous, and supportive. He effectively communicated the opportunities available and assured me that he would follow up with answers the following week. However, after the interview, I did not receive any communication. Despite my attempts to reach out, I received no response.

This lack of follow-up is both unprofessional and disheartening, particularly considering the impact it may have on individuals who are urgently seeking employment to support their families. Such treatment is unacceptable and disappointing. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Randstad based on my experience. I hope improvements can be made to enhance communication and support for job seekers.

What the hell do they keep on updating for the app? It barely even works. Got a bunch of racist people that work there that keep pushing for their own. Be it white, black or brown

Right off the bat the requested my SIN before even presenting any job opportunities.

C’est bien comme application pour trouver un emploi pour quelques jours, mais ce n’est pas rentable. Et tu travail rarement. et pour les rejoindre le services pour des emplois sont vraiment beaucoup à Montréal à il son compliqué à rejoindre et je précis quand ta pas de voiture il cherche toujours des défauts pour pas qu’on accepte quand on leur dit ce n’est pas un problème pour moi au final faudrait toujours dire oui et travail comme des esclaves

It doesn’t work

None of the jobs I have applied for is available. Always displays a “ There are no jobs available right now” when I click “apply “ right after I receive a job notification

This has a plenty of errors, even a junior developer could develop a better app than this. Try to do some testing before release any.

Problème avec la vérification par numéro de téléphone

Depuis j’essaye de m’inscrire sur l’application ça ne fonctionne pas.
Je ne reçois aucune notification lors de la vérification par numéro de téléphone. Un code doit être envoyé sur mon numéro personnel pour que je confirme, mais rien depuis deux jours

Doesn’t show anything

Waste of time you’ll apply for jobs and they don’t even get back to you or hire you honestly it’s just a waste of an app you’ll see gigs then it won’t work or it’ll go away and it’s just lagging all the time trash app no jobs
