Poor functionality, limited menu
I have to log in every single time I open the app. So many of the deals offered in store are not available on the app, the menu is so limited. It really kills the purpose of the app when combos are only available in person. Additionally the coupons always say no expiration date, then the coupon randomly disappears. Randy’s relies on local regulars who have been going for a while now, but they are limiting themselves so much by not having a decent app. It’s 2026, an app that works is sort of bare minimum…

Pleaseeeeee fix
I am begging you to fix the app. Every time I close the app it logs me out. It constantly freezes and crashes. Also what happened to the loyalty program? I have all these points but no rewards. I love your pizza but I seriously hate your app.
App worked once
Worked for one order , now it says there’s no account info, but it won’t let you do anything.
App does not work - save your time
I just downloaded the app, and opened it for the first time and was greeted with the error message, “Missing Account. There was no account provided.” But there is no way to create an account. I removed the app from my phone, and downloaded again, but same issue.
Fantastic pizza, awful app
While the menu functionality is fine, the customer experience and usability are extremely lacking in this app. Here are some of the downfalls:
* creating an account is normal but I had a full cart, created an account, and the app kicked me out to sign in and also deleted my entire order
* there is no way to stay logged in, so you have to log in every time (persistent login)
* you can’t log in or create an account with your google account, huge miss for something so simple to implement
* I am currently not logged in to the app but the app on my phone shows a “1” in a red circle in the corner and it will not go away - even after logging in - no announcement, no update for a reward, no app update needed. So the red 1 is what now?
* I tried to reset my password to see if that would negate the above issue and re-log in, which bumped me to a website, not in the app. Upon resetting my password, I could access the webpage and my account but the app wouldn’t let me log in.
Some of the best pizza around but skip the app and call instead.
