Has never worked
App has never worked. Impossible to add accounts. Won’t let me see any info just keeps telling me to “retry”. I will probably be switching banks soon looking for a bank app that works.
Great app with a ton of functionality
The Range Bank app is easy to use and has all the functionality of a large financial institutions online banking platform. I love this bank!

Great Online Banking
I like the services available as well as the flexibility of online banking. The app is easy to use and offers the convenience of banking without having to go to a branch in person. I can transfer money easily by taking a photo of the check from my out-of-state bank and depositing it without the headaches of a wire transfer. Thank you, Range Bank!

Terrible app
This app used to be ok but now it does not allow me to sign in while using a VPN. I am not willing to not protect my privacy so that means that the app gets deleted. This is not a review of Range Bank it is just a review of their invasive, privacy denying app. If this is the same on my PC I will be changing banks.

Constantly have to reset password
About every 4 days, I have to reset my password. I’ve emailed the bank and have been told it’s because I entered the wrong credentials. I don’t have my credentials saved on my phone or in google. No other web browsers or 3rd party password vaults. I’ve tried not using the 4 digit pin so I can manually enter the password every time but there’s no option. I absolutely hate having to reset my password every 4 days, whether it’s on the web or app.

Even for an “old person,” Range Bank’s online banking is simple and efficient. I am very pleased!
Won’t accept deposits
Tried multiple times with phone and iPad to deposit a check. “Can’t read the front of check” error, even though it’s clear. Check is no worthless because it’s endorsed for mobile deposit only. Contacted customer service if I could deposit it through drive through, no response....
Excellent customer services
Staff at the Houghton branch are always smiling, willing to help, and friendly. A joy to stop in and do business with them!!!!!!!
