New issues not available in app
I was missing 2 issues in the app. Contacted customer service and it took them quite a while to figure it out and eventually got the 2 issues loaded. Now I look and those were the last 2 issues loaded! 2 more are missing. Can't log out of the app - can't find a logout button or link. Tutorial is useless. I am totally fed up with this product and will not renew my subscription which was a gift for my 3 year old niece.

Can’t login to digital app
I have been trying to get a subscription to Ranger Rick Cub since mid August. My granddaughter’s first magazine finally arrived late December.
However I still cannot get digital on the app.
On 12/14/17 their support staff said we would get the Dec issue 7-10 days, and to check digital to see if fixed and told us to use the account number, my email address, and the zip code where the printed magazine was delivered.
Tried it several times over the months and it says subscription is not valid.
