Doesn’t work
Casting doesn’t work. I can watch pirate streams on my tv no bother but I can’t pay to watch games legitimately. Not a good look.
Can't sign in
Keep getting the message "email must be valid". The app is trying validate my email address but poorly.
Crash crash crash
I pay for RTV but this app crashes on start up every time. Updated phone updated app. Nope closes on its own right after i open it. Lame
Abysmal
This app is beyond a joke, I pay for an app I can’t even log into on game days as I just get hit with an error message, even when I do get logged on I get logged off again automatically for the next game I want to watch on RTV. Can’t even watch on browser anymore as it only lets me listen to it. Our website is a joke too. You’d think a team as big as Rangers would have a working app and/or website 🫠 if I could give this 0 stars I would!

Awful app that is reflective of an awful website
The app just doesn’t work now. Crashes every time I open it. Rangers tv is God awful. What other service forces you to see the scores before you view the match. Unbelievable
Needs to be much better
Having to input details every time I open app to log in is a pain.
Content is all jumbled up and I quite frequently miss new videos.
Airplay never works for a live match always puts tv to start of program which could be days in advance of kickoff.
This app could be great but whoever is hosting and in charge of this isn’t doing their job right. Hire someone else to do it Rangers there are tons of amazing app creators out there.

Badly needs an upgrade
App crashes within 5 seconds of playing a video every time. Also can’t seem to cast. Very disappointing

Let me rephrase that - great app - if you can sign in. The trouble is actually trying to get past the login screen and the support is terrible. Come on Rangers you’re better than this.
AirPlay no play
Can’t cast to to anymore. Doesn’t remember password or login and for some reason the current match is buried 5 clicks in. Needs updating badly.

So many problems with this app, but nobody will fix it!!!!!
KS required
App was good until a month or so ago. When all of a sudden the error ‘No KS where KS required. We’re sorry, access to this content is restricted.

App Casting
Lots of issues casting from iphone to Chromecast.
Poor
The casting button doesn’t work so I buy the matches then stream them illegally. Not a great way to treat your supporters Rangers.

The app used to be good but in the past 6 months I have not been able to open it at all!!

I had to watch the Europa League final on YouTube with a VPN as logging in from the website was horrendous.
I would really love this to be fixed so that I can make use of my Rangers TV subscription..!!

Poor
I often have to sign back into the app. Does not remember my login details. Support are awful and just ignore you, they don’t care. You can’t watch matches from beyond the current season and the content without that isn’t worth £60 per year! The app support link just takes you to the rangers website, no email contact. I wouldn’t be surprised if this review isn’t even checked, never mind acted upon!!

Very poor app
The app is constantly crashing, doesn’t give details of upcoming games and it’s impossible to pay for a game on the app. You have to go to Rangers TV website.

No casting option!
Very poor since changing midway through last season. Lack of casting option is very disappointing given not everyone has a smart tv.
One hot mess!
Gave up and reverted to using browser. Where to start? No search function. Crashes a lot. Will not do proper full screen. Need to double tap screen to switch to landscape which also restarts the current video. Doesn’t follow normal touch controls such as double tap to skip forward or back. Pause icon briefly flashes up in centre of screen every couple of minutes. Need to sign in every time and doesn’t store login credentials. Seriously in need of an overhaul.
