Fix coming?
This app never works and has been this way for a long time. It says “order in progress” whenever I open it and has for over a year. When I click order it says error loading page.
Worst food order app I’ve used
Same as others, impossible app to use. The company should scrap and start over. Get chick-fil-a’s app developer.
Always Broken
The app always lets me select where I want to pick up from but when I try to order the pizza it always says there’s an error loading the page. Been like this for over 2 months
Unable to pay…
Can’t even check out. Have to enter card number each time. Doesn’t save card. No Apple Pay. Pointless

Doesn’t load, won’t process orders, gets stuck on certain things. The only way I can get it to work is if I delete and re download the app every time.

I’ve tried to order through the app on dozens of occasions and I don’t think it has ever worked once
Buggy app took my reward points
Every time I go to use the app, it is stuck in “order in progress” from my previous order, even if it has been months since I used the app. I tried to use 100 reward points, but when I tried to add an item to the cart the app ran into an error and wouldn’t do it. I signed out of my account and logged back in, and my reward points were gone and I could not use them.

Do not use this app
This app is impossible to operate. Takes numerous attempts to submit order and then have call store to see if they received it because it will confirm your order and charge you but not send it the store. The employees are aware the app is a joke, but corporate simply won’t fix it
Gave up and went somewhere else
Tried multiple times to place my order and it would freeze on the payment screen or say my pick up time was no longer available. I never selected a pick up time or was even given an option.

App is fine until you try to pay. Validation process is archaic and often requires several attempts

App needs serious debugging
This app NEVER works. Pages won’t load and continuous error messages. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app it won’t allow orders do be placed. Worked once a year ago and hadn’t worked since.
Fix your bugs.
Everytime i try to order, my order disappears, i get told my order isn’t right, and i have to try my payment at least 5 times before it goes through. By the time it works i don’t even want to eat from here anymore.

Doesn’t allow you to order through the app from nearest store. Pointless.

Would give 0 stars if I could.
Try to reorder it won’t add the items 19/20 attempts, the one time you get the items, it’s says delivery address not available, even though it’s pickup and the correct address is selected. Tried restarting the app same thing. My wife got to the restaurant, before I could even get the order in, so we want the same thing we got last time, only the app doesn’t display a summary list of ALL the ingredients, so you have to try 20 times again to get the pizzas added to the order (that you cannot actually place), then once you get lucky enough to get them added, instead of taking a screenshot or two of the summaries, you have to click into / edit each pizza individually to see what all was on it, so it’s 3-4 screenshots per pizza, and then my wife who is ordering is asking for what’s on all of them all at once because the assembly line in the restaurant is trying to do them in parallel as a batch order instead of sequentially. Which is untenable being that you have switch back and forth editing each pizza to see what’s on it. Terrible, terrible, frustrating, time-wasting app.

Nicely designed app
A nicely designed app, menu is easy to navigate. I wish the menu removed or hid products that weren’t available. I was building a custom salad and couldn’t add to cart until I scrolled back to the top and realized the “unavailable” note over the product image. Was nice to have the option to checkout as a guest.
