2-Factor Verification is a waste of time & delaying emergent care

This new 2-Factor Verification frequently has errors & failures, requiring multiple attempts. You guys do realize that sometimes the users have to view RapidAI while doing things like driving or while in the middle of something else? You do realize that users may have more than 1 device to use this app on? Why are you putting users at RISK of an auto accident just to enter in a code? Why is this app being logged out frequently so that we cannot use it efficiently? Users need to stop everything, use their fingers to enter in more numbers, then try to pick up where they left off. This is not efficient.

Slow login/ multiple attempts

The login process takes time and fails 1-2 times before successfully gettin ing. Time consuming!

The glitches are very frustrating. When trying to look at imaging quickly, it is hit or miss to log in through the app. Needs work.

Randomly stops sending info

Keeps logging me out. More often than not when I log in it erroneously tells me I have no sites set up. I rarely get the notifications that I’m signed up for. Great idea, terrible execution.
