I liked having a subscription here until the the greed took over and they created more paywalls. You pay for bandwidth okay even though you dont carry over what you don't I could tolerate however now they allow additional subscriptions for people who files their hosting and not only are you paying one fee for your bandwidth and now you're paying additional fees for different files depending on who's files yeah I'm cool not wasting my money on this anymore maybe I'll come back when it's worth it cause now its not. Not when bandwith is still suptracted for corrupted files this new feature makes the cost dramatically outweigh the benefit and money tight the last person I want to give my money to is the person who tries to steal from me and does nothing for me

Paid for a premium account which is needed for the app to be useful at all. The app still says my account is nonpremium even though the money was definitely taken out of my bank account. Seems like a scam

Was hesitant with all the one star reviews but decided to try. I have no regrets! Premium activated instantly on my pc.
Be careful how you buy
This is one of the best file hosts however, every time that I’ve subscribed through the app, they’ve either stolen money from me or attempted to steal from me. This last time, it’s been a week since I purchased a subscription and have yet to get access. Purchasing through the site gives you instant access. All emails that I’ve sent have been ignored and I have to start the process of getting a refund through apple wallet. Apple should pull this app from their platform. It serves no purpose.

RapidGator is fantastic
I have been using Rapidgator for years. Before they had an app, you use to have to use a credit card which seemed really risky. I basically only use the app to pay for the account because I trust Apple to properly take care of my account information. When I download from Rapidgator, I strictly use a web browser. I sign into the account on Chrome and I am downloading at top speed.

These people are scammers. Apple needs to remove them ASAP
They instruct you to download this app and pay with it. After you pay your account will still be set to free. When you contact them they request you to send them the evidence that you paid. I did and Im still waiting as my trial period days are running. I have seen a similar review from a yr ago. How are they still on the app store when they are scamming consumers with a product thats not working. Why is it so hard to provide a service that customers are paying for. Activate our premium accounts already. Your service is up and running why do you have to be so difficult. Why cant you just process credit cards like all other rapid Cloud Data Hosting websites?

No problem so far
Pretty easy to use. I’ve used Rapidgator for years and paying for premium via iTunes makes life much easier. Downloads were quick and no problems with my account’s status.
Paid for three months, got one
Paid for three months thru Apple but only got one month before being kicked out of premium. When I contacted support, they had me PROVE to them that i actually paid for the three months.
Sent them “proof” but no response! Not unexpected. Have to wonder why apple lets their app continue to scam people. Dump these clowns from the apps!!

Don’t Do It!!
I decided to upgrade my account, I’ve been a member for years under a free account. I did see the review but I went forward anyway. It worked at first, then. I went to use it today and they locked my account. All it says is I violated the TOS but I literally only just began using it when they did this. I have been downloading under a free account for years using a vpn to change out my ip and never had issues. I got a refund from Apple, don’t go with them, too many far better choices. They will take your money and run!!! Or try to anyway! Will update if I ever hear back from support. You have 30 days to request a refund I believe, you have to go through your purchases and then report a problem. I’m lucky it happened so quickly or I might have had an issue. Never again will I ignore a bad review, thank you to the person who warned me, I was prepared because of that warning.

Paid for subscription but not working
I paid for a subscription through Apple but it’s still saying I only have a free account i tried refreshing I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but nothing with get it to link! And they have no contact info except a weird number

I’ve been a member for three years but now it doesn’t accept credit card so when my membership expired last week I downloaded this app and paid for two months. Money was paid according to iTunes and my bank account was charged. But my premium membership was never updated. I sent many emails to the developer and only received one email telling me to send proof money was paid. Proof was sent but no more reply email from the developer. What happens to my money? They refused to refund and apple wont get involved. Unacceptable.

Used to pay for premium
At first I was a little weirded out that they moved to this only method of payment, but that being said I had no issues. After reading the reviews I was a little concerned but decided to go for it anyway and downloaded the app. After logging in to my rapid gator account I simply had to buy the time using my Apple account, doing this also gives you a subscription to the service that you can not view in the rapid share app. (Apple does however send you an email notification stating that you have started a new subscription, with a link to turn it off if you don’t want that option)

Scam
I have been a RapidGator user for over ten years and never an issue. Now they made me pay through the app and it says I am not a premium member. I sent multiple emails and they asked me send proof. Done that many times and no response. This is so disappointing.

Doesn’t Work
Issues with renewal through a browser, so support’s only response is to use the app. Which charged me, but didn’t update the account status. Of course, no reply from support. Disputing the charge & will use another service since they’re unconcerned with users actually trying to pay for it.

Beware!!! Must disable auto-subscriptions manually on ITunes
App work as attended but beware of forgetting to disable auto-subscription. Only way to do it is to go onto ITunes and disabling your subscription manually or it will enable auto-subscription.
***Not sure how to access section of ITunes to turn off. Just google “Cancel subscriptions in ITunes”

Scam bought account through app website never updated
Paid for 60 days of rapid gator for my account t through app. I then logged into website with same account and still says Free account. Buyer beware. Use another file sharing service.

At first it didn’t showed as premium account on my computer, I just logged out and then logged in, then its showed premium account. Sorry for my English. Just trying another language.
