Incredible customer service
This app is the best. I had a bunch of questions about ordering some food I couldn’t find anywhere else, and the customer service person spent more than two hours helping me with it. Definitely check them out and support this awesome business.
We love rapido!
We use rápido almost weekly here at home. It’s a great service.
Absolute lifesaver
Came on vacation and didn't know my way around, had no transportation and this app literally saved my life! Highly recommend and reminds me of Uber, but just so much better

Jungle Convenience
What a great service to have in the jungle! We travelled through the south of Costa Rica and were pleased that this app was offered in both places we visited Manuel Antonio and Uvita. We even ordered our groceries through BM when it was raining heavily. The drivers are always friendly and professional.

Exceptional
I am super grateful for Rapido. I was able to order products from the local BM that were located in other towns I didn’t have time to spend a day doing. The delivery and ordering process made the experience one I would do over and over again especially as we know how hard things can get in Costa Rica. And the prices and delivery were reasonable. Easy Five stars!

Costa Rica Luxury
Getting all your favorite restaurants delivered to your home is gold. Plus now they have BM and other stores so you get your cooking stuff too. Brilliant!
Great App
I've had a great experience using this delivery app! It's super efficient—my orders arrive quickly and right on time. The app is easy to use, and I love how smoothly everything works. The delivery drivers are always friendly and professional, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fast and reliable service!

So convenient
This app has been so helpful so many times, whether we're just ordering pizza for dinner or having a large item brought from San Isidro (which we've done multiple times). Arden (the owner) is super communicative, fair in his pricing, and has gone above and beyond for us before when we ran into complications with a store's payment system not liking our card from the States. He's also super welcoming of feedback and suggestions, which is refreshing in the world of apps (so many just don't care about their users' experience).
