I’m not able to log on anymore and I’m not able to get a hold of anyone.
Needs an update
Hard to select the orders. You can be on the app and not be able to see the order or you’ll get the notification, but not be able to see the order. also, it’s the first time I’ve had a payment issue where they didn’t pay me on time. So I don’t know what’s going on with their company if they’re having issues.

Drivers don’t use
One of the most glitchy gig app that I have come across in decades. Drivers needs to rush to accept the delivery. It always provides which is 20+ miles from your location. It does not even have basic precise location future. POOR and DUMB GIG APP.
Need a good developer
App experiencing bugs, need a developer team because 2 heads are better than one, more available hours or on call to monitor at bugs and glitches 24/7.
What deliveries
I have had the looking for deliveries on for almost 2 weeks and not 1 delivery so I’m not impressed
Fake company
Don’t download it it’s a scam. I’ve tried it. I send all my documents and nothing my account never got activated the training I did it online and it kept saying fail failed and failed. Don’t download it.
Needs Work…
I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro. When the app told me there was an update available, it took me to the iTunes store instead of the App Store when I clicked on the update option. Also, it constantly sends push notifications when you’re not even logged in and when the app is not running. That’s problematic.
Please make it so that the app doesn’t need location access when it’s not being used.

Why haven’t I been paid yet?!
I completed a delivery on the 23rd and still have not been paid nor is it showing up on stripe…not quite sure why they call it rapidus if payments take this long or don’t show up at all…1 star!

There is plenty of app problems , keep getting requests but they re never available on the app. Every time i open the app it ask for an update when i hit update the app i get that my app is up to date. The app keep freezin again and again.
Deleted
These guys cancelled my trip saying I was too far away. I was in the parking lot of the business I reached out to them and got nobody. I just immediately deleted this app. Don’t bother with this one.

Your app glitches the first time you open it, the glitch doesn’t help with trying to get a pick up, I am a driver

Why can’t I open my app? I keep getting reminders to log in and work, and I want to but I can’t open the app and when I can, it freezes and then closes itself out! Please fix the app so I can work!!!

Customer can cancel when you are half a mile away from pickup and you don't even get compensation

I get no work at all! Im a sitting duck with this job. The app is on for 2 days not 1 gig
