Not an app
This is not an app. It is simply a portal to their website and it crashes every time I try to use it.
Horrible experience - do not use
Company is not legit, just visit website and try and see who is responsible for anything or try to get customer support for anything- it doesn’t exist. Another scam app.

I’ve tried to use this multiple times. I wait for a driver to sign on…. It eventually times out and THEN tells me that city/ town is not in service. I drive closer to the location and it’s happening AGAIN. Fix your app.
Disgraceful treatment of drivers
If customers who use this service were aware of how drivers are treated by the staff / management of Rapidus, all the way to the top CEO, they would be ashamed to even contemplate using Rapidus.
Do yourself a favor and use a reputable courier/ delivery service who treats the foundation of a service such as this, it’s drivers with respect.

Life saving
This company is awesome. They picked up my mother’s prescription and delivered all on time the same day within 2 hours. It was extremely helpful and the person handling it all was extremely nice. I highly recommend this company. They are truly professional and priced accordingly.

Service great, App not so much
I love the Rapidus service! But this app… it logs me out repeatedly throughout the day. SO inconvenient! It also has way less functionality than the web interface, which s disappointing. This app needs a good update!

They send the same order to everyone and it depends if you’re lucky to get it. 2 miles = $35 20 miles = $18 If you are at Oakland you get a delivery at San Mateo to drop it at San Mateo? In 4 months a got only one delivery.

Trip from San Francisco city to Oakland costs $10 paid for the driver and you have to substrat the bridge fee 10 - 6 = 4 So you get only $4 and when you try to go back to the city it’s gonna take you 2 hours. Update. Even if you’re offline you still get notifications. If you choose the 10 miles as a radius you still receive calls from locations that it’s located from your location within 20 miles.

Amazing delivery service
Found this service by chance when UPS failed to deliver my package at the promised time. I requested a pickup at 9 PM and the driver was assigned / on route within 5 minutes, came on time and delivered my package within the hour. I’m absolutely amazed! I’m no longer using mail services for local delivery. Price was cheaper than shipping next day.

Working for this company has been the worst decision. They stole my earnings even after 5 star deliveries! Do not trust this company

Um...I’ve been using courier services off and on for the past 15 years and this was by far the fastest and most simplified experience I’ve ever had. Long over due improvement to the courier process! Had to get a drive of photos to a client on the other side of the bay bridge and it was in his hands 30 min after I placed the order. Thank you!

Terrible communication
The app and website are certainly slick and easy to use.
However, the actual communication and execution are horrible.
My delivery was canceled the day of the pick up with no communication of any kind.
The courier never showed up, so when I went to the app and clicked on the delivery details, there was a message saying “delivery canceled.”
No email. No text. No phone call.
Just canceled.
1/2 star.

Amazing service
Rapidus helped me to deliver a few expensive bottles of wine to my friends in the Bay Area. Very helpful during the COVID era. Amazing service.

I needed to get a package across town quickly. Unfortunately the recipient stepped out. The driver went above and beyond his duty he did not stress about it he made adjustments and delivered it as soon as the person returned. That was excellent service!!!I will use this company again for my personal deliveries. Not only it was quick, The courier was efficient and had a great business demeanor. Unfortunately, the recipient was rude, and I am so sorry that the courier had to experience that from the recipient of the package. If there is a bonus, I would love to give it to M.M for his kindness. I will use this company again!

Best App Ever
There’s some negative feedback about this app but I’m so glad I tried it myself. I was stressed about medications I needed collected from far but couldn’t drive them I saw this on google. Easy to use. Straight forward and boom! I got my package. I’m so happy
Like Uber for objects
The days of calling Uber drivers trying to find someone who would move some stuff instead of people are over! (At least in Rapidus' service area.) I have only used it once, but it solved my problem at a reasonable price with no headaches, so 5 stars to that!
