Not an app
This is not an app. It is simply a portal to their website and it crashes every time I try to use it.
Horrible experience - do not use
Company is not legit, just visit website and try and see who is responsible for anything or try to get customer support for anything- it doesn’t exist. Another scam app.

I’ve tried to use this multiple times. I wait for a driver to sign on…. It eventually times out and THEN tells me that city/ town is not in service. I drive closer to the location and it’s happening AGAIN. Fix your app.
Disgraceful treatment of drivers
If customers who use this service were aware of how drivers are treated by the staff / management of Rapidus, all the way to the top CEO, they would be ashamed to even contemplate using Rapidus.
Do yourself a favor and use a reputable courier/ delivery service who treats the foundation of a service such as this, it’s drivers with respect.

Life saving
This company is awesome. They picked up my mother’s prescription and delivered all on time the same day within 2 hours. It was extremely helpful and the person handling it all was extremely nice. I highly recommend this company. They are truly professional and priced accordingly.
