Been using it for years & they still won’t fix it
I cannot book an appointment on the application for our clients ever and yet I have the latest iPhone (always) and the latest app version.
They claim to not be able to replicate the issue, but if I am sending you videos to prove that an issue exists, couldn’t someone try to explore a remedy?
Today the application just kept spinning and never doing anything.
I’m tired of the hassle.
I am ready to choose a different vendor for online bookings. One that functions with Avimark.

Worst app ever! Never works and as much as we pay for the service the app should work.
Poor integration
Well, this is great for reminder system to text clients, it does not actually work on the phones for the doctors. It reveals the doctors private phone numbers when calling clients. making appointments on the app is terrible and customer support is outright hostile and also not very helpful.

We have had this app for over a year. So frustrating that it hardly ever works correctly and has a problem updating appts. I do not recommend.
I have had it for over a year…it never works properly
I have uninstalled,reinstalled, deleted, and couldn’t find the application because of the way it was named. This application gives me the absolute blues. The appointment booking feature never works. I also did not realize making a call shows your cellular number. I changed my number recently to regain privacy. Please fix this app you guys!
