Latest update is a game changer for financial literacy. The app was already helpful in learning about how the stock market works... without losing real $$. I’ve never seen a well-rounded stock market app like this. The update has an entire education section with articles & videos created by the company. Love it!!!! Can’t wait for the courses to come out.

They don’t actually complete payouts. Met the founders at college campus and supported from the beginning. Sad to see.
HORRIBLE!!
This app has so many bugs and glitches that you can’t even play the game. It’s distracting and annoying!! It has so much potential but they just can’t seem to get it right! I give this app a TERRIBLE RATING
Disappointing Changes
I used to enjoy Rapunzl because it offered real payouts, making it fun and rewarding to participate. Unfortunately, they’ve removed the payout feature, which was the main reason I (and many others) joined. Without the ability to earn anything tangible, it feels like the app has lost its unique value. The contests and stock investing simulations are fine, but there’s little incentive now beyond bragging rights. It’s disappointing to see a great concept take a step backward.

Could you have your lawyers update your app as quickly as possible to allow internal players to take part in competitions. It is about time you try and do so. I recommend you remove SSN when players withdraw winnings and put Tax number or SSN/international Tax number etc. Your lawyer or marketing specialist or Developer can have rules updated on app. It is not that hard to do. No Longer Functional For Me
I’ve used and adored this app for years. In the beginning, I made like $100 (and cashed it out) almost immediately. Then it became more saturated by what I assume are bots, plenty of users making the exact same trades at the exact same time, down to the minute, profiting the same amount, and it was harder to win. Then, last week, I got a new phone and can no longer even use the app. It says my ID doesn’t exist after logging in/attempting to buy a stock or gives me an error (pct change?). I love this app and the concept but even if I could use the app again, it’s one more great thing overtaken by bots or people who’ve learned how to game a system.

Any support?
It's incredibly frustrating when you're unable to log in and the app fails to load on a Friday for position management. The ironic part is that I frequently encounter this issue on Fridays, just when I'm staying on top of my weekly tasks. Could this be deliberate to knock me off the number 1 spot? Could algorithms be at play here?

They didn’t want to pay
I’ve waisted a whole week getting 1st place with a 175% return just for them to say. “Payout requests associated with your account have been flagged for suspicious activity after we detected multiple accounts associated with your device. Creating duplicate accounts violates Rapunzl’s Terms of Use & Service and duplicate accounts are not eligible for referral prizes.
Your payout request for $52.55 was involved in this malicious behavior and will not be processed. Rapunzl’s decision is final and there is no appeal process to address the issue further.”
I just got this phone and created my first rapunzl account so there is no way another account got in. I feel like if another account signed into my device they should’ve said what account was in because I feel that they just wanted an excuse to not pay me.

Cant buy :(
I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, made a totally new account and on both of them I get an error code that says I’ve reached the maximum I can buy, when I still have $4000 cash a available. If I keep trying it eventually says something went wrong and to restart the app…. I’ve contacted customer support and they couldn’t fix it either…I can sell no problem tho which is super frustrating

Apps great, but I have a bug where some of my stocks do not display the total net gain or loss. Other ones show up, but a few just have disappeared.

The pricing data has a lot of bugs, the current price is different than the data shown when sold!
Cash Payouts Never Come - No Response From Customer Support
I attempted to cash out the balance I have won from tournaments about two weeks ago. I haven’t received anything in my bank account, and I have tried to get in touch with customer support. No luck! When you cash out it says please allow 3-5 days to receive the prize. It’s been MUCH longer than 3-5 days! Feels like I am wasting my time practicing with this app.

Total SCAM!
They say they give out free cash to winners on the leaderboard which is a TOTAL LIE. if your in it for the money, don’t waste your time and don’t give out your bank info and social security number, because you will wait for payment that never comes. I’ve cashed out THREE times, over $120, and never have I received a single penny. Scammers and thieves for basically stealing your personal information under the false promise of paying you. disgusted.

This app doesn’t update for split stocks ..
Terrible app
THIS APP IS A SCAM, I attempted to withdraw 15.00$ but yet never received anything, and tried reaching out to “support” 5 times, and got NO RESPONSE BACK.
Stocks I “purchased” don’t show up in my portfolio.
Good app but sorely lacking in some features. When you “buy” a stock it’s not tracked like a real brokerage does. The app only applies to US stocks. If you wanted to invest in non-US stocks you’re out of luck.

I’ve been using rapunzl for only a few months, and after much consideration decided to request the termination of my account. The staff at rapunzl did an excellent job replying swiftly to my request and providing the assistance they could to help me.
