INSTA PACKS ARE A SCAM
Awhile back I bought some of their insta packs thinking I could order the cards that I decided to keep from them and have them delivered to my house BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THEY ADVERTISE instead of my cards that gave me 1000 of their in app candy currency things and an “apology” for how long the cards were taking to ship and ensured me they were still sending them, it’s been over 6 months now and NOTHING, my husband left for deployment AND came home in the amount of time I’ve been waiting for these cards. I tried reaching out to customer support via the email and never got a response from them, DO NOT BUY THEIR PACKS and tbh an app that is willing to scam people like that isn’t worth using for its other features either

Doesn’t show the wright card
I was scanning a empoleon v and it showed up as a Luca rip v so please fix that rare candy
My favorite scanner
It is really just a good scanner and they do give outs and that have a feed AND… auctions it’s crazy I guarantee once you bye one pack you’ll be begging for more so I recommend
Keeps getting worse
Was a good app for awhile and the instapacks were good at first, now you can rip a hundred packs in a row and lose money on all of them even tho they gave you bs percentages about 2% of packs being grails. Their pricing on cards is also totally off and not updated based on real time sales, I’m assuming that’s cuz they’ve been too busy screwin their customers on instapacks. Better off using collectr and buying cards you actually want.

Love this app
Great way to keep track of collection. Ive had a great experience with the online rips. Even some of the non highlight cards have been worthy of keeping. Ive gotten quite a few master set cards that i was missing. Highly recommend this app.

Horrible Customer service
Decent functionality but horrible customer service! Couldn’t get any response as to why I was being charged shipping fee for an item over $150. And being charged a processing fee for an item not in an auction. Also the don’t seem to be any security safeguards.. no way I’m uploading my bank information. Also haven’t yet been shipped a card I pulled on instapack and it’s been a few days.

Unfortunately as an iPhone user the app is extremely slow at loading, I’m having to continuously search for cards I am scanning. The free unlimited scans feature is amazing though, just feel like there are a lot of bugs. Tried to change the $ to £ but feature also doesn’t work as Google advise how to change.

was looking for a replacement for other scan apps that dont break the bank quite so hard. This app excels, and is definitely gonna be my go to now. The scan feature is super convenient and works quite well and the app runs very smoothly. Sometimes the apps camera goes pixelated, but closing and reopening the scan function fixes it. PLEASEEE add chinese cards tho 🙏🙏🙏

Can’t log in
Signed up and was getting the hang of the app, but then logged out …. When I went to log back in I just keep getting wrong code please try again ….. I resend the verification code, enter the 6 digit code and get ‘wrong code, please try again’ …. Tried uninstalling the app and re installing to no luck … tried logging in on the website with no luck ….. the verification code comes through, but the app and website is a dime t that I’m entering the wrong code :( …. Not helpful

Great app!
This is a great app as I can scan as many of my cards as I want without any cost! I would love to see different currencies added so I can see the value of my cards in my country’s currency. But overall brilliant app and would highly recommend.

MP cards sent from insta packs
I hit a Charizard from 151 from one of their insta packs and had it sent to me. Upon arrival the card had decent amount of whitening on the back, along with a bunch of dot indentations on the back and a really good amount of surface scratches. I reached out to customer support to see if they could do anything, they told me no because to them the card was NEAR MINT! I would give negative stars if I could…. Stay away from this app!

You’re forced to enter a email to login .. then you don’t even get the code so without that you can’t use it
