Confusing
AI chatbot went back and forth. First answer was fungal rash. Second answer was melanoma. Asked for clarification and it kept saying it never said rash, but it was almost certainly melanoma. Then it said it wanted to reassure me it wasn’t melanoma, but it’s certain it’s a fungal rash. Going to the doctor anyway, but this app is useless.

Ineffective For Me
First, the scan wouldn’t work so I had to use my own photo. Second, the app wouldn’t give my results until I agreed to a minimum 1 month subscription for $4.99. Third, it couldn’t identify my rash as bites, which they are, so the app is of no value to me. I un-subscribed and deleted it from my phone. The app has a very nice presentation but it returned inaccurate results.

I sent a message to cancel but it charged me. I tried it once and didn’t help with anything.

Not impressed
I downloaded the app without reading the reviews for first. I could not figure out how to turn my camera around so I could look at the rash it was doing a selfie mode. Then everything on my screen started blinking and intermittently shutting down. I deleted the app right away.Not sure what was up.

I am an ER doc . Used that for a rash which I thought was a dermatitis but it told that it is Candidal infection and I started treatment for that .

Gave different results every time. Advanced scan always asks for another picture but doesn’t have a way to send it except to start over.

I tried the “free trial” and found the answers to be repetitive, then later it just kept asking the same question over and over. Now I can’t figure out how to cancel. Feeling ripped off. Will be really upset if I’m charged.

I click on scan, it opens the camera (in selfie mode), and then does absolutely nothing. It won’t scan. I tried clicking on “?Need help” and it takes me back to the start screen. Waste of time and money,
