Ineffective For Me

First, the scan wouldn’t work so I had to use my own photo. Second, the app wouldn’t give my results until I agreed to a minimum 1 month subscription for $4.99. Third, it couldn’t identify my rash as bites, which they are, so the app is of no value to me. I un-subscribed and deleted it from my phone. The app has a very nice presentation but it returned inaccurate results.

Canceled but charged

I sent a message to cancel but it charged me. I tried it once and didn’t help with anything.

Rubbish. Says something different every single time. No need for medical computer vision to be this poor !

Not impressed

I downloaded the app without reading the reviews for first. I could not figure out how to turn my camera around so I could look at the rash it was doing a selfie mode. Then everything on my screen started blinking and intermittently shutting down. I deleted the app right away.Not sure what was up.

Rash ID is designed to show the most likely possibilities when analyzing a skin condition, especially when images aren’t perfectly clear or multiple rashes look visually similar. We’ve recently made improvements to our AI engine to help improve accuracy and consistency, and we’re always working to make it better.

Any time I tried to scan anything it would just say error occurred. Completely useless app do not pay

Great help

I am an ER doc . Used that for a rash which I thought was a dermatitis but it told that it is Candidal infection and I started treatment for that .

Gave different results every time. Advanced scan always asks for another picture but doesn’t have a way to send it except to start over.

Doesn’t work well and not clear how to cancel

I tried the “free trial” and found the answers to be repetitive, then later it just kept asking the same question over and over. Now I can’t figure out how to cancel. Feeling ripped off. Will be really upset if I’m charged.

Doesn’t work at all

I click on scan, it opens the camera (in selfie mode), and then does absolutely nothing. It won’t scan. I tried clicking on “?Need help” and it takes me back to the start screen. Waste of time and money,

Hi, we understand how frustrating that must have been, and we’re really sorry for the confusion. To take a picture on QuickScan, you’ll need to tap the green box after the camera opens. We’ve also realized that our ‘Need Help’ section didn’t provide enough guidance, and we’re committed to improving that. We’ve now added two new guides on our website at rash-id.com/help to help with QuickScan and AdvancedScan, so you can get the most out of your time and money. We will additionally be placing a help button on the camera screen in our next update. Thank you for your feedback—we really appreciate it!

I can’t get the app to take a photo. I would not recommend this app.

Useless

Gave two possibilities as their results. Neither looked at all like the rash I scanned. Not even close, yet it gave a 97% match. Complete waste of money.
