Not worth a penny
The worst product of its kind in the market. The fake 5 star reviews are understandable, as no one in their right mind would use Rategenie. Unfortunately we have used it for years and have been having colossal issues.. Not pushed prices, unblocked dates, lost money.. Please do your diligence before going with these guys.

Perfect
I didn't even know what I was getting at first, I thought it was just going to do some math and give me prices to use. This app actually does all of the competitor research and monitors local activities so it can adjust your prices every day...and that's after calculating an entire month in about a minute. It's insane!

Great stuff
I admit I was skeptical, but after using the app I can say that it's performing as they said it would. I would probably change the layout a little bit since it can be a little bit of a hassle jumping to separate report tabs instead of just having it on the main rental unit page, but that's a very very small complaint in the grand scheme of things.

Works quick
Got set up in 5 minutes and all of my prices were calculated in 2. Literally started seeing improvement in bookings the same day.
An all around excellent application.
I don't think there's anything else out there that can do what Rategenie does, so I expect a lot of copycats are on the way.

We're happy with this one! Tokeet has been great too but this is just more reason to keep using them.

It does what it says it'll do - probably more in our case, we never really thought too hard about how much business we're losing because of our fixed rates. It was a lot!
RG is my new secret weapon
Part of me wants to tell people about it, but I'd be doing myself a disservice by giving my competitors a chance. I have only used the genie strategy so far and I really don't see any need to change it. Every day, it recalculates my rates based on the current local competitors, monthly trends, and surrounding events that bring more potential guests...there's no way I'd be doing all that setting my rates manually. It absolutely works too.

An impressive device!
Perhaps one of the few occasions where an app has made good on bold claims
After two weeks...
I'm happy to report that rate genie is doing exactly what was advertised. Increased revenue and bookings, less work on my end. Not much else I can ask for.
Pretty Cool
My job doesn't use Tokeet so I can only work with Rategenie for my own rentals, but I'm pretty sure they could be making much more money if they replaced a couple people with this app...not me, of course

I have been a Tokeet user for a couple years and I'm very pleased with this release. Rategenie itself is beyond valuable, so having it as a phone app is just icing on the cake

I can say after just 4 weeks that RG is paying for itself about 43 times over..that's a lot at $50/mo
