Serious Concerns Regarding Repeated Non-Payment Issues
We strongly advise caution when working with this B2B platform, as the majority of bookings are failing due to non-payment issues.
Nearly every third booking results in the guest being asked to pay again at the hotel because the VCC provided to the supplier does not work. This is an ongoing and repeated problem.
It appears that many of the suppliers being contracted are unreliable. When the VCC fails, the issue is consistently blamed on “technical problems,” yet the pattern clearly indicates a deeper issue with supplier credibility and payment handling.
We have reported these concerns multiple times, but no effective action has been taken. Instead, unreliable suppliers continue to be used simply to fill inventory.
This situation creates unnecessary stress, damages our professional reputation, and is simply not worth the risk of placing new bookings under these conditions.

First they cancel confirmed prepaid guest’s bookings 1 day before on their own with no support whatsoever, then they don’t refund money. STAY AWAY from this FRAUD company!

My client showed up at their resort today to find NO ROOM because of an error with RateHawk and they have the nerve to think that 30% off what they paid will fix it. What a joke. Horrible experience. Beware, this is happening ALOT. It could be you next.

Misrepresented rates and incompetent customer service
I booked a room for a client but when the voucher came through it was for a significantly downgraded room at the same price. I phoned customer service who was absolutely useless so I asked to speak to my BDM. I was told they’d never heard of her. Use ANY company other than RateHawk as your GDS.
