RateMate — Work Reputation

Make your work experience easier to follow with RateMate, the employee app for professional reputation and verified work interactions. YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROFILE View your RateMate profile, personal identifier and available reputation information. Keep your profile details and photo up to date. YOUR PERSONAL QR Open My QR to present your employee code during a work interaction. A business can scan it with a phone camera and continue in its browser. An active employer connection and location verification are required for the QR visit flow. EMPLOYER CONNECTIONS Review employment requests and accept or decline an employer connection. See your employment information in the app. WORK ACTIVITY AND EVALUATIONS Access the visit and evaluation actions available to your account. Where an eligible visit is available, you can evaluate the service location. You can also submit a camera photo and a note as work evidence. Your employer can access the work evidence you submit, including available location information. PROFESSIONAL REPUTATION View your available RateMate Score, rating summary and category results. Results depend on the evidence associated with your account; a new account may have no ratings. The app does not reveal who submitted an incoming evaluation about you. RateMate supports English, Armenian and Russian, with light and dark appearance options. An internet connection and a RateMate account are required. Some features require an active employer connection. Location and camera access are requested for the relevant features.
