APP completamente inútil
Faço as minhas faturas pelo computador e agora de férias sem o computador por perto por vários dias decidi usar a APP para atualizar as minhas faturas-recibo só para me dar conta que por alguma razão na aplicação o acesso ao Portal das Finanças não está ligado à conta, nem sequer consigo ver as faturas antigas. Porque raios tenho que refazer o acesso na aplicação dentro da mesma conta? Não faz sentido nenhum, totalmente o oposto de userfriendly. E se não bastasse, o website é daqueles que não te deixa entrar pelo telemóvel, tem que fazer download da APP, que é inútil e lenta. Ou seja, faturas atrasadas.

Don’t put startups in charge of your finances!
It was nice at first. They helped me create my own company when I needed one quickly. However I stopped using their services after one year over the constant communication issues.
- They talk to you like you have been managing companies for 30 years, never explaining fully or advising you in any way.
- I quickly realized they often forget to attach documents of taxes you should pay, which leads to having to pay late fees to IRS of something they didn’t send you.
- sometimes there’s an error in their system and no one notices or don’t tell you. I complained twice when I realized they didn’t declare anything to Social Security in March. In June they finally respond that there was an error with the password and asking me to help them fix it.
- all communication is inside the app… which is terrible for us, but great for them! You can’t use it in court if something goes wrong because it’s not over regular email or other official mediums.
- sometimes theres an app update and your old chats are suddenly (and somewhat conveniently) empty. Gone.
- they updated the pricing within a few months of joining and suddenly I’m paying a lot more for a more limited service. Since then they updated one or 2 more times in one year, which is terrible experience if you’re trying to manage your monthly expenses.
-they don’t have multibanco integrated, which is the main way to pay all these fees to the IRS and Social Security, so you still need a Portuguese bank for that… so it’s better to do so that instead of using their “banking partner”.
- and good luck canceling your service. There’s no button or service form to fill. Chats tell you to send an email. Emails don’t get responses, they only say they are looking into it or transferring to their team. It took me 2 months and half to try to cancel. They never contact you back telling you what are the next steps. They would not even respond or provide documentation to the new finance company that I hired (which they have to, by law). The new company was appalled with the situation, it was a first for them as well on all their years of experience.
So, don’t trust startups to manage your finances. For their price range, especially for the 150€ or 250€ they charge, you can find many other good options around.
So if it’s your first time opening a company, go with someone else.

Horrible service and the app full of bugs
I wasted over 12 hours fighting with this company who overcharged me and ignored my messages since 14 of July (3 weeks) do yourself a favour and stay away from this scam !
Super simple for all things business
I now just use this app for all my banking and invoicing needs
