Terrible app

Never works.

Good food, poor app

The Apple Pay feature worked for me once and then never again. I have complained multiple times over the past year but it hasn’t been fixed. How about adding PayPal? I don’t want my card info sitting in the app. Also, if you put items in your cart but wait too long it erases the cart which is frustrating when trying to coordinate a pickup order for a later time.

Nice but seems to hate Apple Pay

The app is ok until you try to use Apple Pay to place your order then it stops working. It’s very frustrating!!!

A little wonky in payment process

The app works fine until it’s time to pay. Couldn’t use my loyalty balance, couldn’t use Apple Pay. The app would only let me check out if I used a credit card. Also, no more ability to add a tip. They did add a packaging fee to the order which I hope goes to the individual that packages the order. But who knows as there was no description of what that was for.

Love 110 but the app not so much

110 is my comfort place, we usually eat here 2-3 times a month! However, i find that i always have to call to order ahead of time because the app rarely works for me. It will always say there is an error during the payment. It would also be very helpful if we could just add our credits to our order without having to “load” a separate value into the store credit. Again, love this restaurant!! But app could use some work!

Food is fine but the app is terrible

The app never works.

Cooked perfectly.

We love the 110 Grille in Millburry the girl at the bar is always knowledgeable and friendly. Our burgers are amazing.

Clunky at Best

110 Grills have a high degree of affinity with their fans (typically those with food allergies in their family). it’s great that people like the restaurants, but it should not translate to such a high score for the app. The app leaves much to be desired, and the only way it’s going to improve is if users give an honest assessment of the apps functionality. Issues I have include: - 110 wants my geo location, but their request doesn’t make clear if it is only while I use the app or all the time. - Making a reservation is laborious. Users must enter first name, last name, phone #, email address with each reservation. Why? I’m logged in. 110 already has all of that info and should use it to automate the reservation process. - When users make a reservation in the 110 app, it does not automatically tie your points club # to your reservation. As a result, users must still remember to give their club # to their waiter. - Points from recent meals were not added to my account.

A Celiac’s Delight

So many delicious culinary options all made in a GF kitchen. It’s so comforting to know this restaurant and it’s staff all know what they are doing to accommodate dietary needs.

Great food at a reasonable price.

100 Grill has become my favorite restaurant in the area. They have pleasant waitstaff and really consistently good food.

Rewards don’t work

We love this place but rewards have been unavailable for the past week.

Love, Love, Love the 110 Grill. They are so awesome for people with allergies! We travel from Maine all over New England to go there because we love it.

Can’t wait until they bring one to Portland, Maine. I already know a lot of people that would go!!

Great service

We LOVE Joel in Haverhill ✔️

Annoying credit card issues

They need to fix the credit card bugs on the checkout page. If that wasn’t problematic, I would give the app five stars.

Pro -
The restaurant chain is one of the most allergy friendly. I generally have confidence in their wait staff. I would be more worried about trying to communicate a bunch of issues for different people in my family over the phone. The app makes it easy to order items to go and have confidence that food will be handled correctly.

Con -

After multiple incidents of not being able to order and having orders disappear because of errors and glitches when it didn’t like me replacing my credit card on the checkout page, I finally found that the problem could be solved under account - credit card management.

(At least I think it is resolved. I didn’t try to check out again tonight because I had already given up and ordered from another
restaurant.)
