Simple to use. The credit cannot be used to purchase a daily pass. So that’s inefficient.

Almost impossible to get the function to reload money onto the card to work via apple pay. Way too buggy. Needs several attempts. Not sure why but exceptionally frustrating and annoying. Please fix.

Stalled app
I’m traveling in Israel now. When I pull up the app it just stays on the purple screen and doesn’t take me to where I can scan my card. It is just stuck on the first page of app

Too many steps and difficult to load card

It is very convenient to load via phone. The only reason this isn’t a 5 rating is that sometimes the reading of the card takes more than a couple of efforts. In the end nd, however, it is worth it!

Takes long time to get scanning yo work in order to reload. Are. Also have to do it twice

Used card on light rail, buses and railroad. Works everywhere. Easy to load value and doesn't expire.
