Content not showing up

The content I purchased isn’t showing up - I tried reinstalling and logging back off and on, yet nothing. Very unacceptable. Doesn’t seem to be working on any device either.

Completely Blank

I registered and followed all instructions. My subscriptions show up but once I click on them, there is no content showing. It works on the mobile site and on my laptop, so I know it’s there and should work. I have the latest version of iOS. Guess I’ll continue with the mobile site even though this was recommended instead.

Does not work well

I've been using this app for 4 months now to review a study manual that is available on the app. It has always been clunky and not terribly user friendly, however it worked. Just this past week, it stopped bringing up my study manual. In fact, as it tries to bring up the manual, the app quits.

Always logs out and restarts manual

Only option is to use this app because my study manual is on here.. But this app always logs me out, even when I'm in it. It restarts at the beginning of the manual and I have to manually click 'save annotations' to save any notes or comments I made, otherwise it doesn't save.

The only working thing is it does download my manual for offline use. I've 'logged in' and was able to access my downloaded manual on the airplane to study.

Manuals are 215 and 194 pages, so not too big.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. 1. "save annotations" in the document will be saved by manually if you Save. 2. Please make sure there won't be any net fluctuations while reading the document when in Online.

Search does not work

Search within a document does not work. I have access to a study manual that is almost 1,000 pages and I want to find content for a specific question I am researching. If the search function worked it would be much easier.

Hi, Thanks for your valuable feed back. Could please let me know in which iOS version you are using this application ? because "search with a document" is not working only for a specific iOS version !!!

Doesn’t Work

App doesn’t remember where I left off. I always have to manually navigate back to it. Search doesn’t do anything. There is no option to bookmark a page to come back to. There is no shortage of apps that have these functions but unfortunately I am stuck with this one.

Advice

When the app freezes it may be helpful to restart your device to get it to work.

SO MANY ERRORS

Deserves 0 rating obviously. Network error constantly occurs and this software company does not seem to fix the errors at all. The worst ever. I strongly recommend you to use alternative software. I would never use this again.

Network Errors and Logs Out

Automatically logs out or has network errors. When this occurs it goes back to the beginning of my manual. Please fix.

Cannot use this

The application give a network error no matter what network (wifi, 4g, etc.)

Would not recommend - Regret buying ebook

I purchased the most recent Heart and Stroke manual for ACLS and PALS for convenience and portability. I had not realized that annotating the ebook would be a useless endeavor as the tools in the app are so difficult, tedious, and hugely inconvenient to use. It takes way to long to try to annotate. I’m the type of person that cant just blindly read manuals (too boring and the info doesn’t sink into my brain well). As such, I should have purchased the physical books.

Of course the app is also very sluggish and lags quite a bit. Annoying.

Not work at all

At first, the app would kick me off the manually all the time and now I just can’t access my study manual at all! The app just crushed every time I try to access the manual! Terrible app!!!

Garbage

Wish I could give less than 1 star. By far the most clunky app I’ve ever installed on an apple device. I only use it because it’s my only option.

Works great!

Not sure why all the negative reviews, the app works great for me. I’m able to access everything that I can access on the website, but in a convenient mobile reader. Love that I can pick up where I left off in my Learning Paths and download content to watch offline!

Worked well on a long car trip!

Had an 8 hour drive, my wife was driving. A company I was interviewing for sent me the app to study up on their product get familiar. It was a really easy way to get educated, learn all their products and I could even test myself in prep.

Awful. Simply trash.

Needed for credential curriculum, the app is slow. The reader is unresponsive. You cannot change default settings so after opening the app, I have the pleasure of taking a full minute to zoom out to a reasonable font size. Printing doesn’t work as stated. (I still haven’t been able to get print to work) Offline files still need HTML to open, despite taking up space on local drives. I had to get permission for having more than one device run the app. I could continue, but I’ve spent enough unproductive time with this junk as is.

Negative stars would be good for trash like this.
