About

RavenOPS Terminal is the shared-tablet companion app for businesses running RavenOPS. It is designed to live on the counter or in the back of house where multiple staff need to log in quickly and get to work. WHO IT'S FOR RavenOPS Terminal is a B2B tool for stores, warehouses, and small operators already using the RavenOPS platform. To use this app, your business must have a RavenOPS account and your manager must enroll the device with a 6-character pairing code from the admin dashboard. PIN-BASED LOGIN Each authorized staff member signs in with a personal PIN. Sessions auto-lock after a short idle period and require PIN re-entry, so it is safe to leave the tablet on a counter and have multiple users share it across a shift. Failed PIN attempts trigger a temporary lockout to discourage guessing. DAILY OPERATIONS - Stock — view current quantities, adjust on the fly, attach photos - Orders — receive deliveries, request stock, mark arrivals - Counts — opening and closing count sessions with photo evidence - Production — log batches, track recipes, attach images - Deliveries — confirm receipt, capture signatures - Team chat — message coworkers and managers about an order, item, or count without leaving the workflow BUILT FOR THE COUNTER - Tablet-first layout with large tap targets - Works in portrait or landscape - Realtime updates so a count started on one tablet stays current on another - Offline-tolerant on flaky in-store networks PRIVACY RavenOPS Terminal does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. It does not track you across other apps or websites. The app collects only what is needed to operate the service: your name and phone number from the business that invited you, a PIN stored as an irreversible hash, your push-notification token, and the business records you create on the job. You can request deletion of your personal account directly from inside the app at Settings → Profile → Delete Account.
