On line horror show
Buying tickets on line is an absolute horror show. I do ALL my banking etc on line and but your site is easily the most difficult to navigate.
Sucks that you have to login
Works well for storing your tickets but that’s what my Apple Wallet is for.
And I hate having yet another freaking account I need to logon to.
Should be able to use as a guest.

Extra step for tickets is cumbersome
This extra step for tickets is unnecessary and a waste of my time. Why can’t I just print out the tickets at my home or why can’t they be emailed to me when I make the purchase at home?

Among the worst online ticketing experiences out there
Hassle
The app is a real hassle for anyone going to one or two concerts a season. You don’t get your tickets right away, you have to remember (or reset) your password, and to share a ticket with someone that person also has to download the app. Why can’t you just send tickets via email?
Disappointed About Ticket Distribution
I ordered and paid for tickets online and it took 28 days for Ravinia to deliver the tickets to me. I worried that I would not receive the tickets in time for the concert. Tickets were received seven days before the concert. Ravinia needs to get its act together and deliver tickets instantaneously when they are ordered and paid for by customers which is how every other venue handles ticket sales.

Purchase attempt
Although I filled out all the information, clicking "Complete" doesn't take any action nor does it produce an error. It warns you not to hit on the button more than once. Perhaps it is because the app has this problem periodically. I did confirm that I have not been charged yet
Way too complicated…
…to share tickets. Everyone in my party will have to download the app in order to get the ticket on their device. Nobody wants another app on their phone.

I could not figure out how to login. It kept switching me to the website. I must reset my password every time I use it. I don’t like not being able to see my tickets immediately after I purchase them.
Pretty seamless
When this app works it is a smooth and simple way to fly. With every update it gets better. Being able to get digital tickets now is a big plus!
Can’t get in.
There’s no signs but 1000 people telling us we can’t enter there. Horrible experience.

This was a horrible experience. It is overly complicated and overly expensive as Ravinia charges a large percentage of the ticket price for on line access to tickets. The whole set up is distasteful and discourages attendance. Other organizations have on line access for no additional fee and easy downloading as well as printouts of tickets. Ravinia’s system is awful.

Two days before the concert and I still cannot access my tickets. Log in to Ravinia App has not helped
Clumsy to the Max!
Ravinia may have some reason for making tickets purchased online in advance available only through the app. But it makes it very difficult for mere music lovers to navigate. Supposing someone buys two tickets with the intention of sharing one. Now you have to go through contortions where in have to share the ticket to your friend via your Ravinia app who also has to have the app has to be logged in has to receive a code and then input the code to finally have the ticket. This is way too complicated! Whatever happened to being able to just print out a ticket?

Absurd to require the app
It is absolute madness to require downloading an app to access your tickets, rather than sending them via email or allowing access via your account.
Frustration
This is by far the worst website I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. It is incredibly unintuitive. It has many problems; here’s just one example: I spent 15 minutes trying to find the place where I could log in to my account!!!!!! That’s just one of many issues. If I could give it less than one star I would. There is nothing that is easy on this website.
