Bad UIUX
I had bad experience shopping as I never had a chance to complete my purchase! When registering for a new account I waited for the OTP which never arrived, after resending it multiple times I finally received one but still wasn’t able to complete registration as it kept saying incorrect username or password! I tried to login using the same information but it didn’t work. Headache and wasted my time. Updates: I fixed the review to 3 stars after visiting them and buy the products from the store, very tasty products even my mom loved them but I can’t visit the store every time I need products! If they fix the app I’ll fix the rating to 5 stars. Supporting local is great but you have to be careful not to disappoint clients. Thank you.
