Rax Vision

Paperwork piles up after the work is done. Rax Vision turns the photos you take on site into ready-to-check documents, so the quote or report is finished before you drive home. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the document and take or pick photos of the site 2. The AI identifies work stages and surfaces and drafts the document 3. You check it, edit it, sign it and print a PDF DOCUMENTS FROM PHOTOS - Quote: an itemized estimate of labor and materials - Site diary: the day's work, weather and crew on record - Change order: extra work documented before it becomes a dispute - Punch list: open items listed and checked off at handover - Condition audit: observations and estimated repair needs BUILT FOR THE SITE - Mark observations on the photo with a red pen; they carry into the photo appendix - Signatures from you and your client, on screen - Finished documents are saved in an archive on your device - Six languages: English, Finnish, Swedish, German, French and Spanish. The AI writes in the language you choose - VAT rate set per country The AI drafts, you decide. Estimates are a starting point for your own pricing, not a binding offer, and assumptions are shown so you can verify them on site. Photos are used only to prepare the document. Usage is limited to prevent abuse. FREE TRIAL AND PRO Try three analyses without a subscription and see the result on screen. Rax Vision Pro unlocks printing, PDF and sending.
