The hat stopped working
It worked for literally one hour and now has this issue that it won’t start. When you hold the power to turn on it shows power for one second then turns off. Waste
Basic features missing
It’s okay but one basic feature that’s missing is the ability to upload your own gifs. I don’t want to have to remake a gif I already have frame by frame on this app if it’s already good to go saved in my photo album.

I mean sometimes it does not connect and even when it does it sometimes doesn’t work but when it works it works great. And I think the people who it doesn’t work should just read the instructions.

I got a late Christmas present and my cap keeps turning off and on and keeps doing it stupid but it worked good for a lil bit but seriously this is dumb it won’t even work now
A bit confusing but fun once you figure out to scan QR code
I had this hat for a week and couldn’t figure out how to change the image from welcome screen until I saw there was a QR code so I decided to scan hoping for some direction but it took me to an app where you connect your hat. Then you can pixilate or write words and there are even images that ppl made like Mario or a cute duck and some flags. I think you can add your own to it too! I think for the price this is a lot of fun! Especially for the teen boy gift that’s so hard to pin down. I just wish it came with instructions bc we almost gave up on it!

The product is a fun idea, however, the connection from the app to the hat is very poor. It will connect only occasionally. Even when it does say “connected” it often fails to send the message/gif to the hat.

The color settings don’t work on the hat I have currently as the colored LED’s are sectioned into separate colors.

I got this hat this Christmas and it actually started working perfectly for a couple hours then just stopped we did everything
Pretty good
The hat isn’t very comfy and the app takes sometime getting used to but it is a great gag gift or white elephant. I would recommend it especially if you need a gift idea.
